THE LOCATION...

The Beachside neighborhood of Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a block from the west end of Smathers Beach off Atlantic Blvd, and just down the street from Higgs Beach, BELLE OF THE BEACH is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk the few steps down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers Beach or the White Street Pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute! for a beachside meal, or bike ride (or a quick Uber) down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions.

THE INTERIOR LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The interior living area of this home is just one part of the available living space, but offers plenty of room for the whole group. The sectional sofas, which also pull out to Queen sleeper sofas, sit in front of a large flat screen Smart TV. Off the living area is the dining area with space for 8 diners, plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is upgraded with state of the art appliances and tools, including a Kuerig coffee maker.

THE EXTERIOR LIVING AREA & SALTWATER POOL…

A major perk of this stilted home is the massive outdoor area created under the house. A full outdoor living area with luxurious lounge furniture and outdoor dining tables galore sit in the shade of your mansion. Beside the house is a private saltwater heat-optional pool with plenty of chaise lounges for relaxing poolside. There is also a personal gym with various equipment pieces for your use (but if the only exercise you envision is drink bicep curls, no judgement here!)

It was fabulous. The property was very clean. The pool was great and there was a full size refrigerator right there for your convenience. The deck around the pool was great for hanging out and grilling. There was enough room for 2 Ford F250 trucks full of lobster and fishing gear, to park under carport. Very close to everything downtown. We had a group of 13 friends that stayed there for 7 days.

Great for large groups

If you’re questioning booking this property for your large group stay, just do it! Great quiet location, plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom/bathroom, large open pool area for everyone to hang out. The pool area was a big hit with our group, we ended up grilling and chilling more around the pool than we planned. Very close walk to Smathers Beach. It was a perfect family getaway and we would definitely stay here again!!

We were a group of nine men in our 40s that came in to town for a bachelor party and to fish. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The home is perfectly set up for a large group. The management company was great to work with and communicated exceptionally well. I’ll stay there again when I come back into town with a large group.

Amazing property in Key West!

We had 14 girls stay here for a bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. The Property Manager, Danny, was amazing and put signs on the doors with each girls' names, provided us with some household essentials when we ran out, and even dropped off an additional bluetooth speaker. It was the perfect house with each room featuring an en suite bathroom. The pool was the perfect way to cool off and the location was ideal - only a 5 minute uber to Duval St!
