This condo is in a beautiful semi-private section of town in walking distance to Duval and Fort Zachary Beach/Park. We walked everywhere from there! You have assigned parking for one and there is plenty of bike racks too. Check-in was easy, but keep in mind it is not keyless. You need to stop at the office and pick up/drop off keys for check in/check out. We had our taxi driver stop at the office on our way. The staff is super friendly and we were in and out in a few minutes. (The office is in the complex just down the road). The beds and linens were fresh and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for clothing. Laundry was a breeze with new washer and dryer in the unit. The private back deck was very spacious with plenty of key West palms/trees for privacy and shade. The condo was clean, but I gave 4 stars
the floors were vacuumed, but maybe not mopped well. Overall would recommend this property:) Oh and the pool is close by

Linens on one of the beds were dirty with fresh stains. Reached out to property manager and never got a response. (Yet). TV’s are at least 10 years old. Minimum of basic items that should be provided 
toilet paper, paper towels, tissues. Washer and Dryer are nice and look new. Beds were comfortable. AC went out while we were there and they took care if right away.

This property is in a terrific location and having the pool nearby was a plus. I could easily walk to town and really liked having the quiet time at night. I would go back!

Was great place to stay. Just don’t cook anything as the fire alarm is extra sensitive and constantly went off. Otherwise great place to stay.

Perfect location

Aqua Oasis is the perfect spot for a little get away. We stayed for ten days and it was everything we needed. It was very clean, just enough space for us, and only a five minute walk from Duval and a block from Blue Heaven. If you are looking for somewhere nice and quiet, this is the place for you! The only problem we had was parking, because we had multiple vehicles. You only get one spot, and have to find somewhere else around town to park another vehicle or golf cart if you rent one. I would definitely give this a five star rating, and would stay here again in the future.

Clean, great location, PARKING IS A logistical nightmare

We arrived on the weekend after hours and the guard shack attendant said we couldn’t come in because we drove a Ford F-150 truck and they don’t allow parking of those. We called the office and they told us how to get our key, and confirmed there was no parking of trucks in the annex. The lady told me it was in my contract. I must have missed that part. Also, we contacted the property manager the week before our visit and asked about parking our seadoo or our boat and he messaged back and said no trailers allowed only 1 vehicle per property on the street (he mentioned nothing about trucks). So after we unloaded our luggage we had to park 1.2 miles away and pay an additional $215 to park for the week at the local parking garage. We rented a scooter to get back and forth to our vehicle as we needed it daily to put our boat in the water. Between scooters and Uber’s and parking a regular sized truck it was a nightmare. We went to the keys for mini season so of coarse we had a boat to go lobstering. The place was nice and clean and had plenty of linens and the pools were nice as well. The location was great, the communication or lack there of and parking is the only reason we weren’t happy with our stay. Our friends rented a unit there as well and had 2 vehicles and were only allowed to bring one so they used our parking space as we weren’t allowed to. Parking was a logistical nightmare.

Lack of communication

The property was decent but the units are not well insulated and the top floor guests kept us awake many nights. Also, there was a lack of information in the unit on how things work like the TV. It was requested that we take out the trash, but the trash bins are hard to locate. It would have been nice to have some welcome items such as coffee and such. This is not the nicest VRBO I have rented.

Great stay!

It’s a great location, in a great neighborhood. There are lots of amenities, including a pool. If we were in the neighborhood is extremely friendly. If you do an after hours check-in, it can be a little time consuming to call the after hours number, but once you get a hold of someone, they were extremely helpful. Overall it was a great stay and pleasant vacation.

Nice Place in a Great Location

A great location in Key West. Easily walkable to most major places of interest. The Truman Annex is a beautiful neighborhood. The property was nicely set up and the instructions were easy to follow. We had a minor issue but Compass fixed us up right away.

Perfect location and setting

The area was absolutely beautiful. Marissa with the leaseing company was amazing and so helpful...Hurricane/tropical storm Eta was coming in and our flight was delayed...the leasing company was so helpful to accommodate is. The unit was gorgeous and well appointed. We had our own rooster out front that alerted every morning it wa a new day. We are already planning another trip for 2 weeks this time.

Perfect location! Clean and everything we needed was supplied

Only complaint is the cleaning lady for the upstairs unit showed up on our last morning- our morning to sleep in...they were loud, walked like Clydesdales, moved furniture inside and outside starting at 8am and went on for 2 hours. Our upstairs neighbors for the week were quiet as mice. Could not enjoy our last morning there.
