Summary:

This can accommodate 24 people, each apartment has 2 beds. You'll have privacy with six individual suites each equipped with full Kitchens and private bathrooms. It's a beautiful setting sure to provide lasting memories!



The Space:

Perfectly located between Key West’s famous Duval Street, and a charming residential lane in the heart of Old Town, Duval Street Suites offers the best of all worlds. One door leads to lively entertainment, shopping and world famous dining; and the other the door to your own private swimming pool (heated and cooled) and tropical landscaped gardens. Duval Street Suites offers a truly unique layout with six individual suites - each suite offers a bedroom, private bathroom, dining/living area and full kitchen. Join your family and friends in the outdoor pool area or retreat to one of the spectacular bedroom suites for private time. The six-one bedroom suites are all individually designed and decorated, offering about 400 luxurious square feet each for relaxation.

All suites are complete with standard hotel accommodations, including a full private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, HULU live (free to guests) smart television, internet, and access to two washer and dryers. The private pool area has a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, a sofa and chaise lounge, a dining and picnic area, and an outdoor bar with a smart TV offering free Hulu Live for your group. The 4 parking spaces in the rear of the property are free of charge for guests. "Duval Street Suites" offers a unique vacation spot for your group. We are a family locally owned and operated vacation rental.



Guest Access:

Duval Street Suites utilizes key-less entry and self check-in. You will have access to free Wi-fi, Hulu streaming service, a private pool reserved for guest staying at the property located directly behind the building. Duval Street is located in the front of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Within walking distance to several highly rated restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues to meet the needs of all groups and ages. A short 5-10 minute walk will get you to: The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, Key West Lighthouse, The Hemingway Home and Museum, and Southernmost Point of the Continental USA. Mallory Square, is a 15 minute walk from the property. The street performers, food carts and sunset are sure to leave you with that warm and fuzzy feeling. Duval Street Suites is surrounded by several restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking such as: Moon Dog Café, DJ's Clam Shack (featured on Food Network's, "Diner's, Drive-in's and Dives"), Better Than Sex- A Dessert Restaurant, Blue Heaven, Sloppy Joes, Hard Rock Café and many more hidden gems along the way. Close to everything and yet its still quiet and private at the calmer end of Duval Street, but mere minutes away from all the action. Duval Street Suites is close to perfect!



Getting Around:

Key West is a small city on a tiny Island. Streets are narrow and often congested with cars, motorcycles, people and chickens! To save money on gas, promote a low carbon-footprint, and to protect our tropical environment, several businesses are dedicated to daily or weekly rentals such as: golf carts, scooters, bicycles, and other types of unique transportation that's efficient and fun. Old Town Trolley Tours, has a hop-on hop-off Trolley that will get you around town with 13 different stops along the route. You can shop, eat, and sight see at your leisure and then board the train for the next adventure. The Conch Tour Train, established in 1958, is a 75 minute historic sightseeing tour that will give you fun facts and history while you tour Key West.

This property exceeded our expectations for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool as well as exploring key west. The location was perfect. Magen went above and beyond to accommodate our group’s stay including arrival and departure time and even help with a car issue. This property was our family favorite of all our vacations.

Amazing All the Way Around

This place was perfect - the host was amazing, the location was right in the heart of everything, the heated pool was swimmable during a Key West cold front, and the amenity touches (coffee, sunscreen, even some sweet celebration supplies for our birthday) were definitely more than expected and we travel a lot. We had a large group of friends and it was an absolutely amazing place to gather and enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful Duval Street property! Our host, Magen, was extremely accommodating throughout our stay, and the home was a perfect fit for our large group. The backyard was private and serene, and the rooms were large with bathrooms and kitchenette in each of them. We could not have had a better time and would absolutely recommend this listing to any large group!

The PERFECT stay! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better location or stay! My friends and I rented the complex out for my 30th birthday and everyone could not believe we scored such an amazing spot! It was in walking distance to everything, the rooms were huge and had everything we could ever need, and the pool area was the absolute star! I would move in tomorrow if given the chance!! Maegan and her husband her so so helpful and communicative through the entire process and couldn’t have been better hosts! It was truly a dream come true! Thank you both for everything and I could not recommend this place enough!!!

Bachelorette

Everything single thing about this property was perfect. From accommodating check-in and check-out times, to the cleanliness of the property, to the amount of space in each room. We rented every suite for 21 girls and no one had to share a bed with more than 1 person. Everyone had enough space and ample time to shower and get ready after every event. The pool area can accommodate up to 22 girls. It is a short walk to the main bars on Duval straight. I could not have asked for a better bachelorette party and am so happy I found this place! Thank you a million.

Perfect vacation suites

This property was great for our vacation! We had 6 couples, each got their own suite. The property had every possible thing we could need/want. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets and extra pillows, detergent and dryer sheets for laundry, toiletries in the bathroom, even coffee in the kitchen! Magen was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was super friendly. We could not have found a more perfect property. The backyard and pool was great gathering place for our group. The new landscape is beautiful! Located right on Duval, close to the middle, made it an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This property has it ALL if you're vacationing in Key West! The location couldn't be better if you want 10-12 restaurants within walking distance, which is totally necessary with all of the parking debacles provided by the City. Local pubs, taverns, and other abundant daytime and nightly entertainment venues are all within arms reach. When staying indoors at the property you'll easily find everything you need to make your day/night comfortable. LOTS of room to stretch out, relax, or simply recover from plentiful Key West activities. The pool area is well furnished for anyone whether you're looking for the sun or the shade. Parking in the rear of the property is easier than any place that I've ever stayed in Key West. The neighborhood surrounding is much quieter than I'd anticipated even though our trip was during the most busy time of the year. The host is probably the best I've ever encountered, which is saying a lot considering how often we travel. The few times that I did need to reach out with a minor question or sometimes just advice, they were responding within 5-10 minutes or sooner. I'd recommend this property 10/10 to anyone that wants a seamless vacation without any of the hassles.
