Just imagine waking up to see the beautiful ocean view, and driving with a golf-cart to the point and viewing the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Our town home is conveniently located inside John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which means you are minutes away from the best tropical reefs in North America.

The property offers a variety of fantastic amenities, including a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, three heated swimming pools, pickleball and tennis courts, a man-made beach, a marina, a walking path around the lagoon, and a children’s playground. These features create a

perfect environment for both relaxation and outdoor activities!

Enjoy the fishing/sunrise/sunset at the jetty, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts and a children's playground.

Enjoy spectacular views right from your own balcony. This town home is very nicely furnished as it is our personal vacation home for some time. The kitchen has brand new wooden cabinets with beautiful BLUE granite countertop and top-of-the line appliances. Each bedroom is very nicely furnished, each with new mattresses. Besides a very cold A/C, Cable TV and WIFI, each room has a TV, DVD player and ceiling fans, for those who prefer to sleep in. Be sure to stop at the local restaurants to sample excellent Florida Keys Seafood. This Vacation Rental is Near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park!

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.

2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking. 

PLEASE NOTE:

The only way to get up to the main floor/second floor is use of a spiral staircase. There is one inside and one outside. If you have difficulty maneuvering stairs this unit is not a good choice.



DOGS - 2 maximum and under 40 pounds. When requesting to book please provide breed of dog and weight. There is a non refundable pet fee depending on how many dogs, breed and weight.



No more than 6  adults and 2 children at any give time on the property. If this number is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.



We provide a golf cart as an added amenity for guests staying in Unit Villa 6. In the event that the golf cart experiences a mechanical issue that is beyond our control and renders it unusable during your stay, we will refund $25 per day for each day it is unavailable.



The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.



Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to reach.

We want to inform you that surveillance cameras are installed outside the premises of this property. Please note that the surveillance cameras are solely intended for enhancing the security of the property and to protect both tenants and their belongings. We respect your privacy and assure you that the cameras are not intended for any invasive monitoring of personal activities within the confines of your rented space.
