Ocean Teal 3 Story Home
Brand new oceanside teal 3 story home located in "Key Largo Ocean Resort". This home has 4 bedrooms which include 3 queen and 2 double beds (5 in total) and 3.5 bathrooms. First floor has enough space to park 3 cars directly under the house comfortably. The second floor has it's beautiful kitchen and living room with a balcony facing the water. It also has small bathroom and the master bedroom with it's bathroom. Then the stairs leading up to the third floor where you'll find 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
Resort requires at least ONE guest to complete an application that comes with a background check, NO ADDITIONAL FEE. They do this to ensure the safety of their resort.
RULES
-All children under twelve (12) years of age shall be accompanied by a responsible adult when entering and/or utilizing the recreational facilities and Marina.
-May maintain a maximum of two (2) household pets in the unit. Each pet needs to be registered with the Association. (Vaccines and papers need to be shown) All pets must be kept on a leash no more than six (6) feet in length at all times when outside the unit.
- All parts of the units must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. All garbage and refuse shall be deposited accordingly.
-No person shall discharge into the property's sewer system or storm drain any toxic or noxious matter that could be detrimental to endanger public health, safety or welfare.
-Please no music, noise or sound amplifiers used in a manner as to disturb or annoy other residents.
-Please do not hang things on the balconies, nor throw trash from the balconies.
-No clothesline
-All parking shall be within your unit.
POOL RULES
- Normal hours of operation shall be 7:00AM to 9:00PM. Hours may be altered based on weather and maintenance conditions.
-No life guard on duty. Any persons using the pool shall do so at their own risk.
-No persons with contagious diseases or open sores shall be allowed in the pool.
-Children in diapers or who are not toilet-trained are not permitted in the pool.
-Children under 12 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult.
-Showers are required before entering the pool. Suntan lotion and sunscreen must be washed off before entering the pool.
-Glass objects are prohibited by the pool deck.
-Pets are prohibited on the pool deck.
-Swim suits are required in the pool.
-Running in the pool area and diving or jumping into the pool is prohibited.
-No radios or other music device may be played without headphones at the pool by any resident or guests.
-Pool chairs, if any, may not be removed from the pool.
-All residents must provide proper identification to gain access to the pool.
-No parties may be held on the pool deck or other Common Element without the approval of the Association.
GOLF CART RULES
-Golf carts require a valid Key Largo Ocean Resort registration to be operated on the private roads in the Condominium Property.
-Persons operating golf cart must be of valid driving age and having a valid motor vehicle driver's license.
-Children shall not play on or operate golf carts.
-Passengers on golf carts shall occupy seating surfaces only and the total number of persons on the cart must never exceed the seating capacity of the cart. No person shall stand on the golf cart while the golf cart is in motion.
-Golf carts must be operated in a manner as if they were automobiles being operated on public roads. All rules of the road, traffic signs and other safety measures shall be followed at all times.
