The Florida Keys are not known for sandy beaches; however, the community offers a sandy beach area with direct water access for kayaking and paddleboarding.



If the included golf cart becomes unusable due to mechanical issues outside our control, a refund of $25 per day will be issued for each day it is unavailable.



Exterior surveillance cameras are installed for property safety only and do not monitor interior spaces.
