The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The two bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and sea. Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom have queen beds. The full bath is located in the hall for convenience. The dock is right out back with a fish cleaning station. You may bring up to a 30ft boat.
Additionally, you'll have convenient access to Inch Beach, allowing you to sink your toes into the soft sands and bask in the Florida sun.
This Key Colony Beach half duplex offers a perfect blend of island living and modern convenience, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the beauty of the Florida Keys.
No RV's, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer, then 1 trailer and up to 3 vehicles will fit.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and vacate without a refund.
