Stunning Conch Cottage called Sunsets in Paradise, is best described as a quintessinal beach side bungalow. with 40 foot of dockage. Instant Access to the Atlantic Ocean by boat.Cabana Club Membership is included

This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level, with a great sun porch and grilling area. Modern kitchen and open concept living areas. The first bedroom has 2 full size beds and utizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a king size bed and bath. Washer and Dryer inicluded.

A great walking community, and close to the Cabana Club. Cabana Club has an Oceanside beach, jacuzzi, pool and restaurant in this private club. 2 kayaks included and Corn Hole for your fun and entertainment.

This home has Quick boating access to the Ocean and a short distance to Vaca Cut. Sparkeys restuarant and tiki is a quick boat ride or take a short walk to dinner. Fire grilled pizzas and fresh fish are right around the corner. Many restuarants close by. Bask in the sun in the Florida Keys. It's a special spot.

All boat Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area. There is a daily fee.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)

Max Occupancy: 6 Per the city of Key Colony Beach rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2.

We have been staying in the Keys for a number of years at a lux resort where we stayed in one room with our two boys. Now that our boys are teens, we no longer fit in one room. We needed beds for everyone. This home has so much space for everyone, is clean, newly updated, and is easily accessible. The dock and deck were perfect for our boys, who were out fishing for it everyday. The outdoor freezer kept the smell of bait outdoors. And the kitchen was well-equipped for any cooking we could have done, if we wanted to. Our favorite restaurant in Marathon is Keys Fisheries (a short drive away), so we ate there and at the Island Fish Co. which was within walking distance to the home. The beds are all memory foam, which is new for us. My husband, who never sleeps well, slept without his regular pain. He didn’t want to leave at all. This is the perfect place for families with teens who love to fish, love nature and love being outdoors with indoor comforts easily accessible. Oh, and the sunsets are amazing!

Great place to stay

The property was exactly what was listed. It was clean and spacious. It is on a canal and we watched dolphins swim by. The house is centrally located to restaurant s and activities on the island. There are two restaurants within walking distance. The property manager was amazing. I had a couple of questions and they got back to me within 10 minutes I would definitely rent this home again. .

Vacation & Remote Work

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed all the amenities of this property. Our first week was vacation time with our two children. The location was great with access to many activities, beaches, etc. The Cabana Club was a great place but much smaller than I expected (at least the pool area) and VERY crowded, but at least the beach was really nice. Our second week was working remotely, and this worked well. The WiFi was good (not great) but allowed for both me and my husband to be on video in meetings without any serious issues. The back patio area was really nice and comfortable and was our go-to place both during our vacation mornings and also for a quick breaks during our work week. Even got to see a manatee right at the dock which was a welcome surprise! We also had an issue with one of the air conditioners that suddenly stopped working, but the property manager was on it right away, and someone was out and fixed it within 2 hours of us reporting the issue. That was really appreciated! Overall a great property and comfortable!
