Welcome to Keys Breeze, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath half duplex located in the heart of Key Colony Beach. This comfortable vacation home includes dockage for your boat and membership to the Cabana Club, where you can enjoy a beachfront pool, tiki bar, and private sandy beach just a short walk away.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and ...separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and the second bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

Inside, you'll find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light. Outside, relax by the water or head out from your private dock for a day of boating or fishing.

Keys Breeze is a perfect choice for a laid-back, comfortable stay in beautiful Key Colony Beach.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and vacate without a refund.
