Get a taste of the coastal lifestyle in Key Colony Beach when you make this newly updated home your retreat away from home! Sitting on the area's unique canal system, enjoy your favorite drinks on the patio with views of the water. Bright and spacious, the interior features all of the comforts of home.

Though it will be hard to leave the comfort of your private oasis, you will have access to the Cabana Club pool, amenities, and beach access sitting a half-mile from your front door. Return home with sun-kissed skin and hop into the full kitchen to make a fresh recipe as the sun goes down. Plus, you can bring your boat along, as there is a private boat dock for your convenience.

When you aren't lounging by the pool or tanning on the sand, there is a wide variety of activities and attractions to check out nearby. The golfers of the group will be glad to know that Key Colony Beach Golf is within walking distance. If you are up for a bit more adventure, rent a few bicycles and cruise along the bike paths to Sunset Park or Key Colony Inn for a bite to eat! Venture out a bit more and you can have a blast at the Dolphin Research Center, the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, or the Turtle Hospital. Feel like indulging in even more adventure? Schedule a fishing charter and try your luck at catching a big one!

Great location with Cabana Club access

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a fun week in Marathon. A manatee visited the private dock one evening, which was a special treat. The back patio was perfect for morning coffee and hanging out at night. Overall, positive experience.

Three Week Keys Vacation

Had a great time at Key Colony. The rental we had was a little small but good enough for us. It was very clean and well appointed. Loved the back patio to hang out and fish in the canal. The only complaint I have is the A/C is only window units and they were very loud especially the one in the master bedroom but they worked and kept us cool.

Great little nook away from home

Awesome water front access with boat dock and easy access to the Atlantic and Gulf. House is much smaller than pictured. Hallway is very narrow. Only real complaint is no space for social gatherings as we had family in 2 other houses along the canal. Perfect for a small family and a short stay!

Nice location - lacking housewares, there where bare minimum utensils. No Kureg - TV’s did not have full cable access - again nice property the above issues really didn’t take the away from the Keys experience. I would rent again.
