Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. lovely location

Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Key Colony.

Key Colony was our final destination on a 10 day road trip from New Orleans. The unit is small and a bit dated, but very clean and well kept. The kitchen is small but very practical and we had what we needed. The queen beds are large and comfy. We were 2 adults and 2 teens ( 6ft tall) and were able to fit nicely for our 4 night stay. We didn't use the beach, we ventured out to Sombrero beach (excellent), Key West and Bahia Honda Park. The boys enjoyed to pool. The location is great, close to very good restaurants and on dock eateries. It was quiet and pleasant. The AC and dehumidifier are great, clean towels, hair dryer and straightener is a big plus for me, no smells, no insects, no leaks. All in all great stay, will definitely stay and again and recommend! Thank you!!

Older but cute little place. Perfect for a couple to spend a few days or even a week here. Nice beach and it's in a very quiet area but you can walk to restaurants etc.

Sunrise, sunset and everything in between!

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed in unit 19 for 6 nights. It was the perfect spot for all the activities (Turtle Hospital, Pigeon Key, the Aquarium, Dolphin Research Center, Bahia Honda State Park
), not to mention well kept pool, beach area, bike racks for our rented bikes, and a great vantage point for both sunrise and sunset! The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a few meals when we were too tired to go out! Great breakfasts at 7 Mile Grill and Wooden Spoon, and loved our dinner at Havana Jacks, out on the deck for sunset!! Great memories, we always felt safe and welcome!

RUGS!! The floors were so dirty our feet were black. Also need blackout curtains. It was like daylight in there at night. Not dark enough for us for sleeping.

Great family vacation!!

Perfect spot for our little family. Location was PERFECT for exploring all parts of the keys. Pool was great. Beach was good. Neighborhood was safe and all were super friendly! Looking forward to coming back again!
