Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. View spectacular Florida sunsets at Sunset Park just around the corner from the Continental Inn.

Had to have an extended stay in Key Colony which we have visited many times before. We found CI a few yrs ago and have stayed before. It’s quite the gem. Everything about it! We look fw to returning.

Paradise

We have stayed at Colony Inn for many years and it is a hidden gem. We were very happy that the units have been updated and spotless. My husband and I just love our quality time we have with each other, we get our food for our stay and just chill. The lawn care person is fantastic. This gentleman makes sure every morning that the sand is perfectly clean for a new day of footstep’s. If you have stayed anywhere in the Keys you know that the rental prices have skyrocketed, this quant resort is affordable and has always have been our go to place. If you choose to stay at this little hidden gem, you will not be disappointed. đŸ‘đŸ â˜€ïžđŸïž

Good morning. Friday to Monday The A/C not cooling the technician came check and adjusted to 66’degree he said it normal but not cooling properly. They gave us two square fans. Saturday morning I sat on dining table has cockroach by mat front door, the lady came and sprayed only spot I showed her and behind the sofa. Sunday morning 2 cockroach very small and fast i believe it’s German roach 1 by the floor and one by the sink into underneath the coffee maker. Someone came to spray when we not here and sprayed all over the room. We came back open the door is extremely powerful of smell, oily and slippery everywhere in the room “everywhere”. We had know words to say how bad it is. That our first trip with our a little one have to smelled the spray, we have to be careful of the spray over the floor to baby or our stuff, we almost fall of that slippery floor. It so scared me when I hold baby. And also scared the roach we get into our suture and to our home. We appreciate that Michelle pick up the call and try to make the solution. Hopefully you will do more take care and May credit for your response. Thank you Oraphan

Offers everything

Great accommodations and location. Sunrise on property and sunset less than a 5 minute walk away. Two swimming option-nice heated pool and the sea. Beach was beautiful with nice seating! Pickleball in the community. Great walking or biking riding on all streets with dedicated lane. Dining and shopping nearby. Key Colony Beach Beach is a Great quiet community !

Lovely room.

This room/ rooms were so clean. The kitchen was a lot more than I expected, lots of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Nice amenities. It was so close to the beach and the pool. I can't think of a single thing that was lacking. A very enjoyable stay all around!

Very nice

The unit was very nice and exactly as advertised. The beach and beach are only a few steps from the unit. It was a very reasonable cost compared to other comparable accommodations in the area. Be forewarned that the mattresses are very firm though. My only issue was that the speakers on the TV are broken so it is very difficult to understand the audio if you wanted to watch a program.

Gorgeous little well maintained condo. More like a large efficiency though as beds are not in a separate room. Location absolutely cannot be beat. Contained everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Well with the money.

Very Clean Condo

The condo is very clean and very well stocked. It is tastefully decorated. The pool at the complex is beautiful and the landscaping is gorgeous. The beach area above the sea wall is pretty and we loved the tiki huts. This is not the owners fault at all, but the actual beach area on the ocean is not able to be used. It is completely covered in Sargassum. The owners have no way of controlling this, but it was very disappointing. We ended up spending our days at the pool instead of the beach, which was fine. I would definitely recommend this condo. It really is lovely and I did give it 5 stars, the owners obviously cannot control nature. Just check the Sargassum reports before you book anywhere in South Florida, because it is everywhere.

Clean and quiet, right on the beach

Easy process, instructions for self check in very easy to understand. Property and unit were clean and we had everything we needed. Steps to the beach. Outdoor grill area was covered and very clean! I would rent here again.

A piece of heaven

Great location

Very clean and we'll kept property although very old. Not high end but still very nice for the money. Loved being on key colony beach. The actual beach is very small but beautiful.
