Regardless of the time of year you happen to visit, you will be greeted by an abundance of fun activities including skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and popping into the local shops and restaurants in town. If you want to stay closer to home base, the on-site shared pool will be a hit in the summer when you want a break from the heat. Downtime will be a treat as well with multiple levels of living areas and bedrooms to choose from. The mid-level will be the hub for entertaining loved ones, as the living area is complete with a plush sofa, stone fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony boasting lovely river views. Plus, this same level is home to the fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas range and espresso machine, the dining area, and access to two balconies, one of which has a gas grill for your use! Don't wait too long! This gem won't last!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
