Sun Valley Wedding Trip

The condo is ideally located for summer and winter activities. It is also very nicely updated and equipped. The one negative, which was kind of a big one for us is that the windows all face other stucco walls/doors/walk way so there is little natural light. There is also really nothing to look at out any of the windows but the other walls/doors. The other thing we found was there was 2 TWIN beds, not 2 DOUBLE beds as stated. That probably needs to be fixed in the description. Other than that it is a ;lovely condo in a prime location.

The condo was nicely stocked and decorated. The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice! The view was disappointing, as all we could see from our room were the hallways and elevator landing area. The driveway into the parking garage is located on a corner and was a bit tricky from time to time with the traffic that was being re-routed from the Main Street area.

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The host made every effort to be welcoming and provided extra touches to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was easy and checking in and out was a breeze. Two king suites in a great location

This condo was great. Close to the mountain, close to town, the best stocked pantry I’ve ever seen, plus a lovely gift of two bottles of wine!! The shuttle stopped right outside, and we could easily walk into town. All of the condiments were new, smart tvs, heated bathroom floors. Loved it!

Absolutely perfect! Best of the best!

I have stayed in multiple condos throughout the area, and this one was by far the most well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The design is beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, heated bath floors and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. It's conveniently located within walking distance to skiing, trails, and downtown, with a year-round pool and hot tub just around the corner from the front door. The underground parking is a huge plus, especially on snowy days. I loved sitting by the fire, kicking back with a glass of whiskey, and relaxing. Thank you, Laurin, for a wonderful stay!"

Loved our stay

This was a perfect spot for my young family to spend a weekend in Ketchum/Sun Valley! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved having underground parking access and being so close to the bike trails that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Others have mentioned the well-stocked kitchen -- it made such a difference to us to have basic ingredients in the cupboards. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house, not at a sterile hotel or even a corporate vacation rental. Felt homey and warm. We hope to come back!

Pristine property with a great location.

We came to Sun Valley with our daughter and her husband for a family wedding. The central location was perfect for the 3 nights of events. The unit was exactly as described and very well equipped. Perfect Family Condo

I stayed here with my husband and two kids (11 and 8) and the accommodations were perfect for us. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the in-unit laundry as well as having separate adult/kid space with the two bedrooms. The condo is nicely updated and comfortable all around. Convenient location near River Run; we rented bikes and rode a few blocks to get onto the Wood River Trail from the condo. The kids also enjoyed the pool and all the games that were available. The only cons for me were that we visited in the summer and without AC the condo was about 80 degrees inside. There are fans available (thank you!) and doors in each of the bedrooms which we opened up to circulate air. Overall, we loved this property and would stay again.

Best Property Ever

This property has everything you could ask for. It's close to town and the ski lift, the best stocked kitchen we've ever experienced, heated bathroom floors, spacious and very comfy. We stayed here with one other couple and the attention to details in this condo really made our stay very special. You won't be disappointed!

wonderful stay

The place was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked. The rooms were spacious, and the condo was a very inviting place to just hang out. It's a quick walk (10 min or less) into town, and I believe an even quicker walk to the base of Baldy (we just took the shuttle to/from the front of the condo). The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, especially for the kids. There were toiletries in the bathroom, so you don't need to travel with shampoo & conditioner. And the bottle of wine left for us was a nice (and appreciated!) touch. We absolutely loved our time in Sun Valley, and while the area itself is a huge draw (fun mountain, cute town, swanky lodge), being at the condo lent itself into having such a wonderful time in Sun Valley. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property in beautiful Ketchum.

This was one of the best properties we've been in. If you enjoy cooking, everything you could possibly want was supplied---including a wide variety of oils and herbs and condiments. The space and furniture was comfortable and modern with large updated kitchen, bathrooms and shower. Loved the fireplace too. Sitting area, pool and the most wonderful hot tub were steps away from the property. Nancy was great to work with, always answering any questions promptly. Highly recommended.

Ski weekend with teens

Nancy’s condo was a dream! It was immaculate and luxurious. The location is perfect- 5 minutes to Baldy or downtown Ketchum, and less than 10 from Sun Valley Village. Check in, check out, and parking were all super easy and Nancy was a wonderful and responsive host who thought of every detail. This condo will be the first on our list when we return!

Great place. It was our first trip to the Sun Valley area and we absolutely loved it. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. My boys could walk to fish the Big Wood from the condo. The pool was great to cool down after a day out in the sun. We would definitely book this again.

Wonderful stay in Ketchum

We had a great time in Ketchum and the surrounding area! The condo was in pristine condition - everything was spotless and well designed. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee, condiments, spices, etc. Nancy even left a bottle of wine for us! We utilized the provided trail books and maps provided to plan out our activities, and the hikes were beautiful with amazing views and wildflowers in bloom. The location is great, and the pool/hot tub were nice as well. We'd love to revisit the area and would definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful stay!!!

My sisters and i came to sun valley for a girls weekend and loved our stay! The hot tub was close to the condo, the town was friendly and fun, and there was tons to do. Nancy's home was beautiful, clean, and so inviting. She had tons of tidbits and info on how to really help make our stay enjoyable. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived!!! We all travel a lot and stay in VRBOs often, and im happy to say Nancy's home was fabulous!!

Nancy’s place was everything we expected. Well appointed spot. Clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking, two good size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Clean, high end bedding and bathroom products. Terrific location for exploring Ketchum and Sun Valley

We loved our first visit to this area. The condo was a great home base and we walked a few blocks into Ketchum to enjoy a variety of really good restaurants. Nancy’s condo was as lovely as the pictures show and well-equipped for cooking and comfort. So nice that she provides many of the basics so we didn’t have to buy condiments, etc. We used the hot tub everyday— just great! We relied on Nancy’s hiking guide book to plan hikes each day and they were incredible— it’s a gorgeous area and this a very convenient spot to stay. If you are planning to ski it is literally 2 minutes drive or a short walk to the parking lot for River Run Lodge and the gondola up Bald Mountain. And has a parking garage.

River Run condo

We had a great stay in this very comfortable and updated/beautifully appointed condo. The location and proximity to town and River Run is ideal and we even had a herd of sheep pass by outside one morning as an additional treat!
