The location is perfect. The place is very clean. I would suggest that they fix the door entry. It was very hard to get into the house. You have to pull on the door and you feel like you're going to break the key in the lock. I would also replace the broken or missing handle upstairs for the dresser. And the refrigerator door.

We had a fantastic weekend here. Great for a family of 3! The kitchen has lots of dishes and pans for in-house meals. The bathroom supplies are plentiful with tissues, soaps and extras. We love the layout where our teenager can go up to the loft while we’re on the main floor. This unit is on the second floor, parking is easy, and access to the river trail is nearby for biking and walks. We enjoyed the patio for one morning coffee. Easy to walk or drive into town. Next time we hope we’ll enjoy the pool and hot tub but we ran out of time this trip.

Perfect location - close to everything, but it was still very quiet. The rental is larger than we thought it would be which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was also fantastic. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in town.

We spent 4th July weekend in this cozy condo. Even though it was a busy weekend the units were quiet and very conveniently located within walking distance of the town and gondola. The condo had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

The property was amazing. It was just my wife and me and another couple...so the two bedroom/two bath configuration met our needs perfectly. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a little tight and the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom was a little low, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location but lack of maintenance.

The location was stellar...walk to downtown or to River Run. The pool and hot tub in the complex are very nice. The condo was quiet without upstairs neighbors. The unit was very clean except the carpet was quite dirty with a very large stain in front of the washing machine. There were lots of plates, bowls, silverware, mugs. If you like to cook this is not the place for you. The pans were a mis-match of very used cookware, some pots had no lids. The formica had a hole in it, the fridge had a handle that was poorly glued and taped, the stove pans were the wrong kind so the pans couldn't sit flat on the coils. The grill was so dirty the gas could not come thru the holes. However, the owner was responsive and sent someone the next day to clean. The bathrooms were clean. The main floor shower was updated but not the vanity. The upstairs dresser and bath were updated and nice. We were unable to use the dresser in the main floor bedroom as the drawers were so worn they couldn't be easily opened or closed. The linens were decent but the main floor bed was uncomfortable. This condo is very reasonably priced in a great location. However, with all the deferred maintenance items and the stained/dirty carpet we won't be staying there again.

Everything you need for an awesome Sun Valley vacation

It's all about location and amenities. This condo is just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum. Walking / biking distance to everything. right near the bike path. Unit is clean, nice mattresses and has everything you will need. Walking distance to the market for any missed supplies. The condo is ready for some updates but is not lacking anything. Clean and comfortable. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and we will be back again.

This year was a little different we changed the days at the last minute and Peter was very accommodating. The place is always perfect and I love Ketchum. So easy to walk into the center of town or up the mountain I would recommend this place to everyone. My third time staying in this unit it’s probably my favorite.

Disappointed with upstairs bedroom. Did not know it was basically a loft with the washer & dryer in the bedroom. The shower space in both bathrooms were updated but not the rest of the bathroom space/ vanity & lighting. Downstairs bed was VERY uncomfortable and the cleaning solution used on bedding was irritating. Property needs updating especially the carpet. Although the unit was especially clean, the rest of the interior needs work. Other than that location was good easy to walk to everything & utilized the buses running to Haily.

Great condo in Ketchum

The property has a great location. About 2 mins walk to main street and sun valley road. Location is quiet and well maintained. Very clean with clear instructions on how to use all amenities. Beds were very comfortable. We could have used more than 2 laundry pods (cycling and fishing daily) though if guests are not like us and making their clothes smelly it would have been fine! Dish soap was almost empty but dishwasher came in handy (and there was detergent for it, so no issues there). Noticed one deck chair was broken by previous guest but we did not use them. Top of coffee machine was broken, so when pouring we made a mess the first few times because we forgot but that wasn’t really a problem. TV was hooked up to all streaming services which was very nice (if you always forget your logins, this make it easy to watch a movie at night). Overall we would definitely stay again and just buy a little more cleaning supplies when we arrive due to our activities in Ketchum.
