As you step into the main entry, you'll be greeted by three luxurious bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom complete with heated floors. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds, plush linens, and down comforters. The main bedroom features a separate tub and shower configuration and opens up to a deck overlooking the tranquil creek, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. There's also a large walk-in closet to store all your belongings.
Upstairs, you'll find an open living and dining area with large picture windows showcasing stunning mountain views. Snuggle up in the cozy living room next to the warm fireplace or gather around the dining table that seats up to 8 people. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including small appliances like a toaster oven, electric tea kettle, Insta Pot, slow cooker, blender, Moulinex food processor, and even an espresso maker.
Off the kitchen, you'll find an oversized family room with its own bathroom and shower, plenty of comfortable seating, and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. The room also has a large TV and a walk-in closet for extra storage. There's even a powder room for guests to use in the hallway.
The property is within walking distance to the Wood River YMCA that offers day use pass with a fee to work out, swim etc. Only block away from the paved bike path, ride 20 plus miles and breathe in the beauty around you.

We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.
The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear. For Airbnb bookings, they combine the cleaning and linen fee and the damage protection plan. For example, here the cleaning and linen fee is $300.00 and the damage protection plan is $55.00

For Bookings on VRBO and our direct booking website, MVP Vacation Homes has a 4% non-refundable cancellation fee for all bookings made using a credit card.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful deck with a BBQ and seating area (seasonally), or soak in the hot tub while surrounded by nature. The duplex also has a garage with room for two vehicles, a ski changing area, boot and glove warmers, and a shelf for ski helmet storage.
Pet Policy
One dog under 50 lbs may be allowed with a pet fee, but must not be left unattended in the home and must be in a crate. The pet fee is $35 per night, and dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in any beds. MVP does not allow Pit Bull, Rottweiler, or Doberman breeds. No cats are allowed.
This duplex shares a wall with its neighbor but is very private and within walking distance to the Warm Springs dog park. Airbnb guests bringing an approved dog will be sent a special payment request for any nights beyond the one-night fee assessed, and the pet fee must be satisfied prior to arrival.
