Hill Cottage nestles on the edge of the village, yet within 100 yards of the village shop, and benefits from its own enclosed garden with views to the fells. The cottage is perfectly based for walks from the door to the Newlands Valley or over Catbells, or take the car over Newlands Pass and explore the quieter western lakes including Crummock Water and Buttermere. The cottage is ideal for a couple or a family who are looking for a peaceful base from which to enjoy an action-packed holiday within the heart of the Lake District.

Dining/lounge with gas fire, TV and DVD player, 2 and 3 seater sofa with armchairs in the window, the dining table is in front of the French doors and has a view over the garden. Breakfast room/kitchen with electric oven and separate induction hob, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table. Conservatory with tumble dryer and electric drying rack. Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.
