Welcome to our family friendly home in historic Kennebunk. Located in a private cul de sac in a wonderful neighborhood. We are less then a 10 minute drive to beaches, and a short walk to downtown. Your furry friend is welcome upon approval, with no fee. Welcoming backyard. Parking available for up to 4 cars. Two Kennebunk beach passes provided.

The perfect home from which to embark on your daily adventures! The summertime offers no shortage of fun in the sun! From lazy beach days, to biking around town, hiking/strolling the numerous local trails, Saturday morning farmers markets, and nights at Garden Street Bowl, we truly hope you enjoy our community and all it has to offer as much as we do!

Upon entering our home we hope you feel right at “at home.” Our large eat in kitchen is the perfect place to gather after a day of fun and adventures. Kick back and relax on the back deck, fire up the grill or roast some s’mores by the fire pit. The kids can swing on the swing set or play a game of corn hole.

The brand new large family room has plenty of seating and an electric fireplace in the case of a chilly morning. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee in one of the two floral chairs overlooking the bird feeders and private backyard.

The main floor bedroom is the perfect space to make this a two family getaway! With a little sitting space and a door that takes you out to the deck if you so choose to use it in that fashion. It is also a covered with a curtain for privacy. A propane fireplace adds to the decor of the room.

Upstairs there are three bedroom in total. The master suite has a bathroom with a shower attached. Across the hall is the “pink room” and additional bedroom, both have a set of bunk beds. A pack n play is available for use as well. The rooms have books, and children’s toys.

We had a lovely stay! The house is quite big and would be great for multiple families. The house has most of what you’ll need (bring extra beach towels if 4 won’t be enough!). Also, not all bedrooms have air conditioning, but the house is pretty well shaded so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Our stay at this beautiful house in Kennebunk was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and truly enjoyed every aspect of the property.One of our favorite things to do was relax on the front porch with our morning coffee, soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. In the evenings, the back deck was the ideal spot for a delicious dinner, creating some wonderful memories. The house itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed.The location couldn't have been better. We loved being so centrally located, with easy access to all the great activities Southern Maine has to offer. We spent our days exploring the stunning beaches, trying out fantastic local restaurants, and simply enjoying the charm of the area.This house is a true gem, and we can't wait to come back. Our stay at this lovely home in Kennebunk was everything we hoped for—a peaceful, coastal escape with all the comforts of home. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Kennebunk Beach and the center of town, the location was perfect for a laid-back Maine getaway.The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern coastal feel. From the light hardwood floors to the tasteful nautical accents, every room felt thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the back den, where we spent mornings reading and evenings enjoying the sea breeze.The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook when we didn’t feel like going out. That said, we took full advantage of being close to great local spots like Congdons for pastries & doughnuts and The Boathouse for dinner. The downtown area had a friendly, small-town feel with cute shops and cafes—perfect for a stroll.The bedrooms were quiet and cozy, and the backyard was a hidden gem: private, grassy, and perfect for lounging after a beach day. The hosts clearly care about the property and made sure we had everything we needed.If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxed experience than the bustle of Kennebunkport, but still want easy access to beaches, food, and charm, this house in Kennebunk is an ideal choice. We’re already dreaming about coming back.

Wonderful stay!

Just returned home from a wonderful long Memorial Day weekend. The home was absolutely fantastic. SUPER spotless and had a wonderful layout. Amanda was a wonderful host. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen large with everything you needed and the property was lovely. The location was close to town but you do need a car for the beaches. HIGHLY recommend this home!!!!

This property is amazing! So bright and spacious, yet very cozy and felt like home immediately. This house was immaculate. It smelled so nice when we walked in. The blankets and pillows were all so clean as well. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back and visit in the warmer months.

Spacious vacation home!

One of our favorite vacation homes, this Kennebunk house is a wonderful home and not just another rental house. Spacious, well appointed with numerous thoughtful touches, we had the best stay! Quiet neighborhood, well located close to the village with plenty of great places to visit. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, and the cozy family room with large sectional and electric fireplace. Don't hesitate to book this amazing home, we can't wait to visit again. Don't miss the Wine House on Main or the Garden Street Bowl for elevated dining.

We were so pleased with this welcoming home. A perfect place to unwind after the beach, a hike and a visit to Portland. Everything you need is here and the home is so very comfortable. Highly recommended. Hosts were always available.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

This home was a great home base for our exploration of the Kennebunk area and Portland. Plenty of space for 4 adults and one young child, including a backyard with a swing set, BBQ and comfortable seating area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals at home. The beach parking pass was a plus! Great communication with the host.
