Enjoy modern touches like flat-screen TVs, a Sonos sound system, and the convenience of in-home laundry—all in a bright, family-friendly space made for easy beachside living.

This vacation home is set up with our guests in mind.

We offer beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for our guest' use during their stay.

**Please note that only one parking space is available. If you plan to bring more than one car, please note that parking is available on the street. **

CALENDAR AVAILABILITY & BOOKING DETAILS for 2026:

• January - May 22, 2-night minimum.
• May 22nd through June 26th, we have a 3-night minimum policy.
• June 26 - September 7th, we have a 7-night minimum policy. Please select Friday - Friday.
• September 7th - End of September 3-night minimum policy.
• October - December, 2-night minimum, EXCEPT for Christmas Prelude, which is the first 2 weekends in December. We will require a 3-night minimum.

• Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals, and a dishwasher makes cleanup easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for your use and replenished as needed.
• Spectrum Internet.
• Ductless, wall-mounted mini-splits keep the cottage comfortable.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY DETAILS: This property has two cottages, a front (street side) "Fairview Cottage" and a back cottage we call "Seabreeze Cottage". There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.

Fairview Cottage is part of a two-cottage property, located in the front unit. While each cottage is private, you may see other guests on-site if both are rented separately.
