Please note that from September through the end of April, a private lower-level suite may be occupied by a family member of the homeowners. The suite has a completely separate entrance and is fully self-contained. The occupant does not have access to any guest areas, including the backyard, pool, hot tub, garage, or any interior portions of the home offered as part of this listing.
Guest privacy is carefully maintained, and occupants and guests will not share any indoor or outdoor living spaces.
During the summer months (May through August), the suite is unoccupied. In certain circumstances, guests may be able to request access to the suite for additional space, subject to availability and prior approval. Please contact us before booking or prior to arrival if you would like to inquire about this option.
For added security and neighborhood respect:
-Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and perimeter areas only.
-A noise monitoring system measures decibel levels (no audio recording) to maintain a peaceful environment.
