Villa Pergantini is situated in the picturesque harbour of Agia Efimia. 
A lovely detached house, overlooking the Ionian sea, and decorated in traditional Kefallonian style. 
It is a unique house that draws the visitor into the culture, philosophy and tradition of the island, through its distinctive layout and decoration. A remarkable holiday house offering the experience of a holiday and living as a local.
The villa has stood for a half a century, and bears similar architectural details to the house that was standing in the same spot, owned by a local family of ships owners. Recently renovated with all the modern comforts, vintage furniture, paintings and books, the villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The villa includes two spacious bedrooms with all the necessary home comforts, including air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, and the master bedroom has direct access to the garden through large French doors.
The lounge and dining room, along with the fully equipped kitchen, are separate rooms in the house. Guests can taste the local life in the heart of Agia Efimia, and spend hours enjoying the beautifully mature garden surrounding the house.Agia Efimia is the capital of the Municipality of Pylaros. A picturesque marina and at the same time a tourist resort opposite Ithaca island, 9 km from Sami and 29 km from the island’s capital, Argostoli. Agia Efimia has many quiet streets, picturesque pathways and lush vegetation. 
The small harbour of Agia Efimia is flooded every summer by yachts and sailboats. The area is considered a cosmopolitan resort. You can find everything that will make your stay more enjoyable from supermarkets to butchers with fresh local meats, pharmacies, gift shops, bakeries with traditional bread and even several taverns, with some of them being fish taverns. 
Villa Pergantini is only some meters away from the sea and the local beaches and a few minutes’ drive can get you to some of the most amazing beaches of the island such as the famous Myrtos Beach, Antisamos Beach and more!
