Villa Di Sasso is located a few meters from the traditional village of Troianata, Kefalonia, an ideal location to enjoy the privacy and discreet isolation of the place, but still very close to all the points of interest, beauties and attractions of the island and the city centre, Argostoli. Having secured a rental car, everything is within a short distance, and of course, the sea; the closest beach is Karavados, is 6km, less than 10 minutes driving.

At 4 km drive, you can find many shops and amenities, a gas station, supermarket and pharmacy. The imposing Castle of St. George is nearby, as are the vineyards of the Omala area that produce some of the best wines of Greece. Very close to the villa, you can find many wineries as well as the Robola cooperative. At 5 minutes you reach the Monastery of Agios (St) Gerassimos, the Patron of the island, which is the religious centre of the island.

The area has many good restaurants, the nearest is just 1km from the villa. Mount Ainos is at a very close distance. The airport is also close to 11km and the centre of the island’s capital, Argostoli, is at 10km, but there is easy access to the north of the island as well.

Villa Di Sasso consists of one one-level property and can accommodate up to 8 guests in a spacious 175 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 of them ensuite, one shared and one by the pool area). An extra guest can be added to a folding bed in one of the bedrooms.

Tiled floors, high ceilings, stone walls, exposed beams and high-quality furnishings create a sophisticated air.

Entering the villa, you will find the main living area consisting of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a big flat screen TV and an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The front of the space has glass balcony door openings to the pool area, allowing the guests to have amazing views from all spots.

From the living room area, you can get directly to all 4 bedrooms, where 2 are with a double king size bed, one with an ensuite bathroom, and the two bedrooms with single beds (that can be attached to become a king size bed also have ensuite bathrooms.

From the living room, large windows open onto the beautiful outdoor covered balcony with chairs and then a few steps down you can get to a huge terrace with an infinity 10m x 5m swimming pool, ideal for starting or finish your day by taking a dip as the sun sets in front of you or just relax by the stylish sunbeds and umbrella. An external shaded, built sofa with cushions could be the ideal spot to read your book, enjoying amazing mountain and sea views. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ & sink, an open-air space playground, where children can play in safety and an external shower and toilet.

An open-air gym is located on the lower level of the 5,500m2 garden, surrounded by olive trees, ready for training with horizontal bars, a standing bicycle, a gym bench and accessories. Take deep breaths and smell the clean Kefalonian air, with scents of olive trees, pines and local herbs. Next to that, there is a home cinema with a 150-inch screen and relaxing sofas.
