Villa Brio Complex is the original seafront development of four villas, set just 1.5 km from the center of Skala in one of the most privileged waterfront locations on the island. Surrounded by manicured lawn gardens, mature planting and private outdoor areas, the complex unfolds across an elevated green peninsula extending into the sea. Four private swimming pools are seamlessly integrated into the setting, creating a natural water flow across the property and enhancing the atmosphere, particularly in the evening when subtle lighting transforms the environment into a distinctive waterfront retreat.

Villa 4 is the Star Villa of the complex and consists of two distinct accommodation units: the Main House and the Waterfront Residence Suite, positioned on separate levels directly above the sea. This unique configuration offers exceptional flexibility for families, groups or special occasions, allowing guests to combine shared living with independent private spaces.

Access to the sea is provided via a private pathway descending from both the Main House and the Waterfront Residence Suite levels to a wooden jetty gently set into the coastline. This unique water-level platform allows comfortable swimming, sunbathing and relaxed access to the sea, while steps from the villa also lead to a nearby small beach just moments away.

Main House — Layout

Villa 4 unfolds across two stories in the Main House, with living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms positioned upstairs for added privacy.

The Main House comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is designed to function either independently or in combination with the Waterfront Residence Suite below, allowing flexible arrangements for families or small groups.

Main House — Upper Floor

The upper floor of the Main House features:

Both bedrooms are positioned on the upper floor, creating a quiet sleeping zone separated from the main living areas.

Main House — Living Level

The ground floor of the Main House hosts the main living spaces including:

Large openings lead directly to a shaded pergola with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue overlooking the seafront garden, pool and sea horizon. This level flows naturally toward the infinity pool terrace below, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Bathroom facilities include one full bathroom with shower on the upper floor, a water closet on the living level, and an additional outdoor shower by the pool area.

Infinity Pool, Seafront Garden & Terrace

The infinity pool is positioned on a lower seafront terrace, creating a striking setting with uninterrupted views across the sea horizon.

The approximately 60 sqm infinity pool features step-in access and is framed by planted garden areas and a spacious shaded pergola with lounge seating and sunbeds. Lush planting creates a soft, intimate atmosphere while preserving open views toward the sea.

Slightly above the pool terrace, a manicured seafront lawn garden unfolds at the level of the shaded pergola of the Main House. This spacious green plateau enhances the outdoor experience and is particularly suited for celebrations, small ceremonies or elegant table settings, while also functioning as a relaxed lounging and play space during everyday stays.

This plateau-like seafront setting offers an elevated vantage point over the coastline, with a strong visual connection to the waterfront.

The pool area naturally forms the central outdoor gathering point of the villa, ideal for daytime living, sunset moments and special occasions. Multiple outdoor zones allow simultaneous use for dining, lounging and sunbathing, while preserving a sense of privacy.

The pool terrace connects visually and physically with both the Main House above and the Waterfront Residence Suite below, reinforcing the layered seafront composition that defines Villa 4.

Waterfront Residence Suite

Positioned on a separate lower level directly above the sea, the Waterfront Residence Suite forms the second independent accommodation unit of Villa 4, offering exceptional privacy and a truly immersive waterfront setting.

Villa 4 Brio Complex Very Family Friendly

We know the Island well and have to stress that although Scala has a great beach we've never used it and the town's food is more commercial than some of the less touristic places. Scala is definitely Brits abroad complete with flabby white bits, that's the only down side it you're looking for an authentic get away. This Villa is about 2km out of town away from the bucket and spade brigade and entered through a communual gate off the main coast road. You pass by the other Villas and reach what can only be described as the most breath taking sea view from the immaculately kept large lawned gardens and huge panoramic terrace and pool. The Villa is quite small but more than enough space for a family of four with every mod con and very clean, contemporary, air conditioned rooms. The master bedroom has fantastic views and glass windows out onto a balcony - feels like you're on a ship at sea. Big King bed however you share a smallish shower room with the twin bedroom which is very child friendly complete with cartoon character wall stickers overlooking the garden and view to Scala. Best bit - definitley the outdoor loungers under the canopy poolside - absolute heaven whether it's morning coffee, a break from the sun with a good book or partying in the evening. The way it lights up at night is brilliant. Plus diving off the rocks into the sea, levels from water's edge to 3m above which all the Dads had to have a go at. Only minor warnings, very slight traffic noise and of course you will hear your neighbours over the very thick hedge if you're up on the house terrace and not down by the pool. Just hope they don't party till 2am. If they do join them. Travel light because the walk down to the Villa with cases involves steps. The kitchen is quite small but has everything for a full on meal prep. Nearby: 2 very nice restaurants in walking distance and of course the private beach which you can swim round to if you dive off the rocks. A little further down the road is a good super market where you can top up on Sugar Puffs should you need to! Highly recommended for location and outdoor facilities.
