Three bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 bunk bed for 2 guests are provided all on the ground floor.
On the main floor there is an extra sofa bed for 2 more guests. The internal attic playroom will be the Happy Place for everybody with its own smart tv, board games and a soccer ball.
The villa has 2 bathrooms and the upstairs living area is spacious and open plan, consisting of a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A big balcony with outdoor furniture,
WEBER BBQ and panoramic 180 sea views offers magnificent summer sunsets portraits.

Let yourself follow the discreet rocky path to your privately shared beach with crystal clear water. Choose to swim towards the rock Dias or for additional water sports you can walk your way to the adjacent organized Avithos or Ai Helis beaches. If you are feeling a little more adventurous, choose to visit the rock tips along the coastline of your privately
shared beach to attempt some fishing or snorkelling.

In the evening enjoy the sunset and some breeze cocktails in the comfortable sun lounges on the sunset deck!!!
