Mandola Studios house is situated in the heart of the beautiful and relaxing seaside village of Scala,
In the SE part of Kefalonia, known for its magnificent endless sandy beach, with crystal clear turquoise waters and pine trees. Mandola Studios are situated in the beautiful and relaxing seaside village of Scala, in the SE part of Kefalonia, known for its magnificent endless beach,
with the crystal clear blue-turquoise water, able to see the charming see bottom from everywhere you stand, with yellow sand and tiny little rocks,
and pine trees just behind the beach.
The ruins of a Roman Villa’s mosaic, the columns of an ancient temple and the unspoiled nature will amaze you.

The house is a three storey building, located in the heart of the village, 80m from the beach and the pine trees, close to the central square, the playground
for the children and actually in the middle of everything by feet.
Taverns, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, the Market, Bakeries, Shops, the Kiosk and everything
else you might need are just a few steps away. As soon as you arrive in Scala, you can stay there without the need to move by car, unless you want to explore
the island, which is something very interesting to do, as it is a big and very beautiful island with a lot of interesting places to visit, as Myrtos beach,
chosen to be one of the three most beautiful and breathtaking beaches on earth, Melissani & Drogarati caves, Fiskardo etc…

Coming back to the house, the front ground floor hosts a sic jewelry shop named Da Veronica and by entering the central door into the house you are guided
to the inner reserved yard, with an orange tree, a bitter orange, a lemon and an avocado tree, hummock, flowers and a table with chairs in the veranda. There we
find the separate 30m2 Garden Green studio with one bedroom with 2 beds, a kitchenette with refrigerator, AC and WC with shower.

Going up the stairs to the first floor, we face two doors. The left one guides to the 40 m2 Blue studio, which is facing the main road, part of the pine trees
and the sea, with a balcony having table and chairs including two beds connected, an inside table with chairs, a kitchenette with refrigerator, A/C and
a WC with shower.
The right door, guides to the more quite 35 m2 Turquoise studio, facing the yard, with a balcony with table and chairs, which includes two beds connected,
Entrance hall, kitchenette, refrigerator, A/C and a WC with shower.
Please note that the Blue and the Turquoise studio, in case of a family, can be connected with an interconnecting door.

Going up once more the stairs to the second floor, we are coming to the 70 m2 Penthouse apartment, which is facing both the main road and the back yard,
with two very big verandas, the front with view to the road, part of the village and to the pine trees and the sea, or the starry sky at night, with balcony
table and 6 comfortable chairs for relaxation. Coming inside we are in the living room, with the double couch, lounge table, two armchairs, TV and A/C,
having on the other side an open kitchen with a small breakfast table with chairs. Further inside we are in a hall with the refrigerator and the WC with shower,
and then we enter to the separated - by internal door - bedroom with a double king bed, A/C, toilette etc., with its own back veranda, with a closed cabinet
with tools, equipment and the laundry.
