Villa Sun & Sea is a beautiful brand-new villa nestled into the lush hillside overlooking the picturesque beach of Lourdas.

This modern, spacious and comfortable villa has the most amazing, uninterrupted view down to the crystal, pale turquoise waters of the bay and across the Ionian Sea to the neighbouring island of Zakynthos.

Access to the villa from the main road, is down a short community track. Once at the villa, there is ample parking space to the rear.

The large well-furnished terraces to the front of the property offer shaded areas as well as being a great trap for sun worshippers, while lazing around the grand infinity pool or enjoying an alfresco BBQ.

You enter the light and airy villa into a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, which is comfortably furnished with large sofas to relax on and admire the view or watch the satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern facilities you would hope to find, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

On this ground floor there is a cloakroom with toilet and washing machine and then the first of the three bedrooms, which is a twin with en suite bathroom, featuring a walk in shower.
