We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and fully stocked home for our guests. All beds and pillows are protected with waterproof covers for added hygiene. Bedding and towels are laundered in hot water using free & clear detergent—perfect for sensitive skin. High-touch surfaces are sanitized thoroughly between each stay.

Long-Term Stays (28+ Days)
If you're booking for 28 days or longer, please send us an inquiry first. We’ll assist with any required documentation to ensure compliance with local laws for long-term rentals.

Glass-Free Policy for Safety
To help keep all guests — especially those with children — safe, we do not use glass decorations or dishware on the property. If you choose to bring your own glass items, please do not bring them into the hot tub under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!

Firewood Policy
Guests are kindly asked to bring their own firewood. While we previously provided it, excessive and repeated requests led us to revise this policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Booking Age Policy
We do not have a 21+ age restriction. As long as the reservation is made through someone 18 or older, you’re all set to book.

Home Access
Guests have access to both upstairs and downstairs levels of the home via the main entrances. Each level is fully equipped for your stay and easily accessible.

Winter Considerations
We provide driveway snow plowing and clear walkways at the start of the reservation in line with the winter safety guidelines.
Please note:
‱ Guests are responsible for clearing snow from their own vehicles (as is standard at most properties)
‱ We recommend bringing a snow shovel, especially during heavy snow periods, though one is usually available on-site
‱ The home has electric heating and a 40-gallon hot water heater — please allow time for hot water to replenish if several long showers are taken back-to-back in very cold weather. This has rarely been an issue, but we want you to be fully informed with regards to the fact that extreme winter tempatures do extend time to heat up the property in general.

Mail & Deliveries
This is a short-term rental only. No mail or packages should be delivered to the property.

Check-In & Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval.

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After 2 hours, a full-day rate will be charged to allow for proper cleaning and turnover.

No Pets Allowed
No pets of any kind are allowed. Due to a severe allergy, this is strictly enforced.

If a pet is seen or suspected, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged and guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Violations will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and deep cleaning.

Hot Tub Use
Use of the hot tub is at guests' own risk.

Damage or misuse requiring draining, repair, or deep cleaning will result in a $500 fee.

No Parties
Parties are not permitted under any circumstances, in line with the no-party policy.

Signs of a party (decorations, excessive alcohol, confetti, noise complaints, etc.) may result in a $300 fee and immediate removal.

Cleaning Expectations
Please wash any used dishes and clean the grill after use.

A $50 fee will apply if left uncleaned.

Please do not move furniture around the property it scratches the floor and can damage the furniture as well. There’s a $25 fee per item moved.

General Agreement
By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules and understand that violations may result in fines and/or removal from the property without refund.

This reservation may not be sublet or transferred to another party.

House Rules:
Remember to be respectful as this is a home and not a hotel. Please clean up after yourself. There will be an added cleaning fee if additional cleaning is necessary, price to be determined based off of need.
Please no pets of any kind. My daughter is severely allergic if you have a pet you need to take with you on your trip we respectfully ask if you could please find a pet friendly home as it does endanger my daughters health. If a pet is seen or suspected you will be billed $500 deep cleaning fee.
Hot tub rules that are violated and cause the hot tub to be damaged or drained will result in a $500
fine.

CHECK OUT: Upon departure, turn off all lights, place any used towels in the hamper, and lock all doors. Clean out the refrigerator of any food from your stay and make sure all dishes and cookware are clean and put away. To the best of your ability, please leave the home in the condition that you found it.

Beautiful

The house is beautiful. It's centrally located to downtown Keene with ample off-street parking. Everything inside is labeled so it's really easy to find what you're looking for. We were a group of 9 including adults, kids, and a baby and we were very comfortable. We only stayed one night (in town for a wedding). I can see the scheduling getting complicated for showers and such with a large group and one bathroom, but we didn't have any problems.

Meticulously Maintained

Had a nice girls weekend away! The house was very clean! Had a hot tub! And plenty of space to roam yet allowing enough privacy for each guest. The games in the house were a nice added touch! Communication with the owner was exceptional. Close to a lot of things, however, we didn't venture out that much. Beds were comfortable to sleep in!

Nice place right by downtown

Very nice house brand new appliances. Water pressure was very strong and got nice and hot for showers. Everything was labeled easy to find the host Rebecca was would respond in minutes if I had a question highly recommend this place

Nerdy Buddy Bros Take Keene!

We were in town to attend a music educators’ conference at KSC. Instead of staying in the dorms or a local hotel, we found this listing and opted for comfort of home which is exactly what we got with this gem. Fantastic location, great amenities, comfy!

Relaxing getaway!

The house was adorable! Great place for a getaway! We did realize almost all of the cups were dirty so we cleaned a lot our first day there. We also had issues with the hot water. As a group of 8 and only one bathroom we made it work but not having hot water was rough! Oh and blowing the fuse anytime we wanted to coffee! But for an old home it was nice!
