Built in 2022!
This large luxury1-bedroom suite, the main part of the 4 beds, 3 baths single family house with its own private entrance, is located on a one-acre land harboring the most unique feature of Hawaii Paradise Park in Keaau and offers a real retreat from the busy world. Within a 5 minutes' drive you can sit on the stunning swirling lava-made cliff to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been recently furnished with brand-new amenities: King-size bed with 14" Comfort Memory Foam Mattress, 3-seat super comfy Fabric Sofa, Large Kitchen with all the appliances and cooking wares, 75" smart TV in the living room and 50" smart TV in the bedroom, Large breakfast countertop, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, metal framed full size sofa bed in the living room for an additional person to sleep and many more items.
There is a large, covered patio at the back of the house with brand new solid wood outdoor furniture set where you can relax after a busy day.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but is a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with triple filters and UV filtration system, it is safe to drink.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you may have.
The unit is for registered guest(s) only and has a maximum of 2 people to ensure the best vacation experience. You may be asked to present your ID while checking in.

Clean and spacious

Holly’s house is very clean, modern and spacious and well appointed. Holly was a very good host. We didn’t like the surrounding area much but if you need to be in Hilo or nearby, this is the place to stay.

This is a perfect place to stay. Our host Holly, was awesome. She provides 2 folding chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Perfect for a day at the beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. Would recommend this to everyone!!

Wonderful host and beautiful home. Gorgeous kitchen, lovely lanai. Every room was spacious. Very clean and like new. Place was as expected with free laundry, a cooler, camp chairs, and beach towels for our day trips. Would definitely stay here again.

This vrbo is beautiful!!! The host Holly is a great host...we didn't realize this unit did not have air conditioning when we arrived. It was in the 80's and we were not feeling well. Holly offered her unit as her bedroom has air conditioning as she does rent her unit out at times..we declined...it did cool off enough at night to sleep...the bed was comfortable and the shower was over the top!! we would recommend this unit if you dont need air conditioning or the weather is perfect!!! Thank you...

The host greeted us and was very sweet. She showed us where to park and we had her number in case we needed anything. The place was magnificent. So spacious and beautifully decorated. The furniture was extremely comfortable. We had a private lanai on which we enjoyed our morning coffee. The shower was amazing. The tilework was simply beautiful. It was very clean and we had everything we needed down to some very delicious coffee. The washer and dryer were in excellent shape and easy to use. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Holly. If we ever find our way back here, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful place. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. The host was very friendly and provided all the necessary supplies. Free use of the host’s laundry room with all necessary washing and drying supplies. A very nice lanai (patio) which I used every morning to drink my coffee. This place was convenient to Hilo, water falls, botanical gardens and to Volcano National Park. This place felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this place.

It’s a really quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great patio to sit and enjoy nature, home itself is open and comfortable, love the walk in closet with its dual shelves and the walk in shower with dual shower heads. Excellent stay

We had a fabulous stay! We were so sorry to leave this lovely place. The back patio was the perfect area for us to read and drink tea and coffee while listening to the birds and frogs. The bathroom and kitchen were huge! Everything was also very clean. Holly was also there to greet us at 10:30 at night - we arrived late. We recommend this accommodation 100%!

If you are looking for a large new modern clean full-size kitchen, master bedroom, master bath with a double head shower this is your place! This is a five star mini Home retreat. Holly the host had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need you feel like you’re at home. Beautiful and private gated home. Amazing Place to Stay

My dad and I stayed here. Holly is a great host. The place is immaculate and up to date. Plenty of space in the living area and kitchen. Really, every room is spacious, even the walk-in closet. You wont find anything better for this price. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thank you again Holly!

Anniversary stay

It felt more like a private cottage rather than a home addition. Peaceful, fallen to sleep every night to the natural sounds of the island. Entire place was modern and updated. Kitchen was a joy to cook in and the bathroom felt like a spa. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

New, clean and safe!

This space has a lovely kitchen, living room, large bedroom, storage closet, sizable bathroom and large shower. There is a back porch sitting area too.... Two TV's, large fridge, micro, dishwasher......even free laundry within the garage. It met my needs and was wonderful to return to each day. I stayed 8 nights and was sad to see my time there slip away......
