Clio and Lena are two luxurious, fully independent seaside apartments with identical architecture, located on an 8,000 mÂČ private estate right in front of the sea. Each apartment enjoys direct access to two secluded sandy beaches with shallow, crystal-clear waters â rarely visited by anyone other than guests.
These are truly unique properties, not only on Kea but throughout Greece, offering an exclusive combination of privacy, tranquility, and proximity to local life. The apartments were newly built in 2011 and are surrounded by untouched nature, ensuring absolute peace without neighboring houses. Each apartment features a private outdoor jacuzzi with a magnificent sea view.
Apartment Clio offers 250 mÂČ of living space, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (all with bathtubs), accommodating up to six guests.
Apartment Lena offers 220 mÂČ of living space, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests.
Rates apply for six guests in Clio and four in Lena; an additional charge of âŹ20â30 per night applies per extra guest, depending on the season.
Both apartments feature a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and direct access to a large 500 mÂČ terrace overlooking the sea. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an electric stove, ceramic cooktop, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee and espresso machines, and all necessary utensils. Satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach and terrace toys, parasols, and sunbeds are also provided.
Clio and Lena are the only apartments in Kea â and among the few in Greece â that offer total privacy, direct access to two private sandy beaches, and close proximity to villages and restaurants. Unlike many isolated villas that require a 30â40 minute drive to reach civilization, these apartments are just 1 km from Otzias village and only a few minutes from other popular destinations. You can enjoy seclusion, silence, and a breathtaking view without sacrificing convenience and accessibility.
Kea is the closest island to Athens International Airport. It takes about 40 minutes by car or bus to reach the port of Lavrio, and from there, just a one-hour ferry trip to the port of Korissia. In Korissia, you will find car and motorbike rental offices, shops, travel agencies, and tavernas.
Otzias, just 1 km away, is a charming coastal village with about 80 permanent residents. It features a picturesque bay with shallow waters, ideal for families with children, and three beachfront tavernas serving local dishes and fresh fish.
