This special property consists of a group of four modern buildings, decorated according to the principles of feng shui. It is on the east coast of the island of Kea on the top of a hill, near a wild gorge with a view over the Medterranean Sea. Property consisting of four little houses with modern furnishing, a pool and a sea view, ideal for families or a group of friends who would like to celebrate a special event or to simply relax
The pool area provides an outdoor shower, deckchairs and parasols. The garden will delight you with an abundance of flowers and trees. The gem of the site is a restored barn floor from the 19th century, framed with stone. Car parking space is also provided.
The property can accommodate up to 22 guests for a relaxing holiday. All four houses provide terraces with a spectacular view of the sea and the kidney-shaped pool. All the beds have ergonomic mattresses. The double beds measure 170 x 200cm, the single beds 90 x 200cm. There are insect screens fitted in front of the doors and windows. Owing to the natural ventilation it is generally cool inside the buildings, even on the hottest summer days. All the rooms are fitted with additional ceiling fans. There is central heating in winter.
Two of the most beautiful beaches with their crystal clear water are within easy access. The Sikamia beach is about 800 metres from the property. The main town with restaurants, cafĂ©s and a bank is Ioulida about 8km away. The harbour is 15km away. The nearest supermarket is about 4km away. House 1This house feels like a pontoon bridge, as you have a view of the sea from every room. It measures 110mÂČ and can accommodate up to six people. It provides three bedrooms â two with double beds and one with two single beds. A further person can sleep on the big sofa in the living room on request, or a supplementary bed can be provided. The living room has a fireplace. There are also two bathrooms, of which one has a whirlpool bath. Each room has its own character, featuring earthy and vibrant colours. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and other kitchen utensils. A washing machine is also available. The veranda has a sitting corner with bamboo sofas and armchairs, a built-in grill, and a big dining table for 16 people, which can also be extended for 22 people. House 2This house is built with earthy materials and colours, and affords a great view of the sea. It measures 65mÂČ and can accommodate up to six people, if the sofa in the living room is also used as a bed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and other kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower. There are two washing machines shared with house 3. The terrace has a table and chairs, as well as armchairs. A portable grill can be provided on request. House3This house is inspired by the blue, grey and metallic colour tones of the sky. It measures 65mÂČ and provides two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two further people can sleep on the big sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and further utensils. The bathroom has a shower. There are two washing machines shared with house 2. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and armchairs. There is also a built-in grill. House 4
The host lives on site and is happy to assist with any queries. Cleaning and a change of bed linen take place twice a week. It is possible to order meals on request, for a fee.
