Our cozy Sebright cottage is nothing short of a truly special place tucked away beside a private river. It's ideal for families, friends, or a quiet getaway.

This cottage is more than just a place to stay. It's a peaceful escape from the everyday world.
The space
Inside, you'll find 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 clean, modern washrooms. It's a mix of homey charm and up-to-date comforts.

Even in the middle of nature, you won't lose touch. Our satelite Starlink Wi-Fi is great for browsing, streaming, or working remotely.

On cooler evenings, gather by our indoor fireplace. It's the perfect spot for relaxing, chatting, or reading.

If you're driving an electric car, our 220v EV charger makes it easy to power up.

In addition, enjoy our fire pit area for nights under the stars. It's a great place for conversations, marshmallow roasting, and creating lasting memories by your own private river.

And finally, if you're feeling lucky, the renowned Casino Rama is a short drive away!
Other things to note
We are only allowing mature groups to rent this cottage. Before booking, please ensure you and your guests are responsible and will take great care of this property.

Also, please bring your own bedsheets and towels.

This is a self-check in process, and by checking in you certify that you will abide by the following house rules.

Please note, if any of these house rules are not followed accordingly, you can be removed from the premises without a refund, and with additional penalties.

These rules are in direct correlation with the fact that we want every guest to enjoy their stay, have a lot of fun, and create memories in a clean, and comfortable home. We respect all guests and ask for the same respect to spread mutually amongst us all.

As long as these rules are followed, we are really nice and easy going hosts.

1. No unauthorized parties of any kind. Should you break this rule and have a party of any sort without our knowledge, you and your guests will be removed from the premises without a refund and you will also be charged a $500 fine.

2. No smoking of any kind in the home. We will be forced to charge you for the odor removal which is north of $300 each time we have to get a company to come in at the last minute to remove the smell before the next guest check in. If the next guest cancels because of any smoke smell, we will charge you for that stay as well.

3. Please make sure to not put any sort of garbage, kleenex, paper towel, or anything that will clog the toilet, including excessive amounts of toilet paper in the toilet.

4. Please ensure to check out by the 11am check out time. There is a $100 late checkout fee, if the late checkout is not authorized. If we don't get the home ready in time for the next guest because you checked out late, if we have to refund them any amount, we will pass that cost down to you.

5. There is absolutely no littering anywhere on the property. We must keep the wildlife safe and the land clean at all times.

6. No bonfires or fire of any kind allowed. We purposely don't maintain the bonfire area as there are lots of green land around and we cannot risk a fire. There is also a fire ban in the area.

7. Please know, this cottage is nestled in forestry, green land, pond, and wildlife. You are bound to run into wildlife, insects etc.

8. Any damage caused by you or your group, you must notify us right away.

9. We encourage you to bring your own clean bedsheets and towels. (This is not mandatory).
