*Luxe Cottage* Riverview Manor (Sauna, Games Rm)

Summary:
Come enjoy all the Kawartha’s has to offer at Riverview Manor.
You will build fond memories jumping off the dock into Sturgeon Lake or sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows.
If it’s power sports you are into, then head onto the ATV and Snowmobile trails 1km away. Dock the jet ski and boat at your private dock before heading out to fish and waterski.


Only a walk away to downtown Fenelon for live entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
We have kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, and more

The Space:
Brand new, beautifully furnished cottage. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, including a loft area with pull out L-Couch that has beautiful views of the lake.
The Kitchen has a 14foot island with center mount sink over looking the lake with some of the best views in the Kawartha's. You will have no problem cooking up meals of your choice with a kitchen full of all the necessities, or you can experience our private chef.

There is a large dining area that seats 8. As well 6 counter stools at the kitchen island.

The living room is perfectly situated in front of the wood burring fireplace with a 55" HD tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Fire Stick with thousands of streaming channels , and a DVD player(we have a lot of DVDs available to watch)

The main floor Primary bedroom has a extremely comfortable king size bed with the most beautiful huge ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs you will find two guest bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, an open loft perfect for watching the boats go by or enjoying a book and a cocktail. The loft L-couch is also a pull out for more sleeping options.

Our guest bedrooms are large with full closets. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a twin bunk bed for the kids with a TV, gaming console, and DVD player with a ton of DVD’s to choose from.
We also have two twin and 1 queen blow up mattress if more sleeping accommodations is what you need.

Large currently "unfinished" walkout basement. To be finished July 1st 2024. There is a Foosball and Ping Pong table, and a pack man arcade for your use in the basement. You will also find dumbbells' from 5lb to 40lb and Kettle bells from 15lb to 40lb.

You will find a driveway with a ton of room for 4+ cars.

We have a natural waterfall on the property that makes for an excellent soothing sound while sitting on the massive covered deck. Riverview Manor also has a barrel dry sauna.

We have a large open space by the waters edge for many recreation activities, swimming boating, fishing, bonfires, and much more.

You have access to free fire wood, canoe, 2x kayaks, a paddle boat and some lawn games.

If you are into snowmobiling or ATVing you can find the KATVA trails 1km away.

You have many restaurants, shopping, and groceries within walking distance or short drive.
In town there is a splashpad, parks, beaches, the lift locks and more.

Guest Access:
Private cottage road off of fully maintained city street. We have a large driveway for parking. Boat launch right across the channel from the cottage. ATV and Snowmobile only 1km away.
Barrel Dry Sauna.
Short drive or walk to hardware stores, beer store, LCBO, Shopping, Brewery, Sobey's

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the water and close to downtown Fenelon Falls. It’s a beautiful very large property with lots of room for the whole family

Getting Around:
You have access to 3 towns by water without going through a lock, or you can head through the locks for endless adventures. In the summer you are free to use your ATV on the designated trails and city roads in town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a brand new built cottage that has great attention to every last detail to make your stay perfect.

We offer private chef services for an added cost. 1 meal or multiple meals. Our Chef will offer a menu to choose your meals from. He will provide a delicious meal based off years of experience in high end restaurants. The service will include clean up as well.
