A compact apartment in the heart of the old town of Kaunas is already inviting our guests to stay! Although the apartment is not the largest of our entire list of apartments, you will find everything you might need during your stay. This cosy apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Those staying will be able to comfortably use all household appliances: iron, washing machine, TV, etc., kitchen appliances: some of them would be a coffee machine, induction cooker, dishes, cutlery, bathroom accessories: towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products. And the beautiful interior will make the guests feel comfortable and safe, like in their own space.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the old town - on Daukša Street, which is just a few meters from the main street of the old town - Vilniaus Street. The location of this apartment will not allow you to miss the hustle and bustle of the city, while also allowing you to observe this old town life from the side.

The old town itself is full of the history of the city of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, so every visit to the neighbourhood of this apartment will not disappoint you. In the old town, you will find everything: beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, regular grocery stores, restaurants and cafes of all countries' cuisines, bars, and places serving nightlife lovers.

As for the lovers of history, you can also visit attractions within easy reach, such as Laisvės Alley, the historical Presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the Town Hall, Kaunas Castle, Santaka Park and many other places.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your own transport, you will find more than one gas station in the center of Kaunas. You can also always park your transport in nearby paid parking lots.

The apartment is on the first floor. Access to it requires climbing a few steps.

No parties or gatherings
The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
All guests must upload their data to the local authorities in accordance with the law of tourism in Lithuania
