Oakwood park apartments are located next to the beautiful Sanciu oakwood park. The apartment has a separate entrance, a spacious private yard, and a place for your car. A quiet neighborhood and a beautiful park can be seen from the living room window. Perfect for both a couple and a family with children. Just 3 km to the city center and Kaunas Ćœalgiris Arena. Bus stop and grocery store nearby. The apartments have heated floors. Self check-in at any time.

Apartment (37 sq m) is on the ground floor and has a private entrance. You can park your car for free in the enclosed private yard.
Bedroom with double bed 160x200mm. Nice smelling towels and bed linen.
The living room is in the common room with the kitchen. Here you will find a pull-out sofa, a work desk and a separate dining table. Large SMART TV, smart TeliaTv. The site has toys for your children or interesting books for your relaxation. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooker, a fridge, a kettle and all the necessary tools and utensils. You will be able to enjoy coffee and tea.
The bathroom has a small bathtub, which is convenient for bathing children. Scented toiletries, soap, shower gel, towels, hair dryer, washing machine.
In the summer, you can spend time on the swing reading a book in the yard. Here you will find grills and all the necessary tools for cooking.
For those who like walks and privacy, this is a great place at all times of the year, right next to the forest in the middle of the city - Sanciu oak forest. You can climb the nearby hill and look at the Nemunas.
