Welcome to Aleksotas cosy apartment! This 55m2 apartment has a minimalistic and unique design, so you will feel at home in it. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its spaciousness, so you will have the opportunity to live in it for up to 4 people without feeling any discomfort. In the apartment, you will find a spacious living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Another feature of the apartment is the terrace and comfortable outdoor furniture, in such an environment the morning cup of coffee will be even tastier, and a small gathering of friends or family will be even more fun! Also, during your stay, you won't have to worry about parking, you can leave your vehicle in a private yard protected by cameras.

During your stay in the apartment, you will find all the things that ensure your comfort, such as a coffee machine (we will serve you the coffee itself), all other kitchen appliances and cutlery/dishes, bathroom accessories - hair dryer, towel sets, hygiene items, and all household appliances.

You will find this apartment in the quiet part of Kaunas - Aleksotas. For those who like a quiet, slow rest, we have excellent knowledge, you will be able to enjoy this kind of rest not only in the apartments themselves but also in its neighbourhood. Not far from the apartments, you will find many interesting places. You can enjoy the beautiful landscape at the Aleksot observation deck, where you can see the panorama of Nemunas and the centre of Kaunas. You can be inspired by nature in the valley of the Marvele River. Here the cascades of the river open up in all their beauty, which you can reach by crossing a wooden bridge also you can sit and admire the view from the amphitheatre. Close to this attraction is the first fort of the Kaunas fortress and the S. Darius and S. Girėnas airfield, so when you visit Aleksotas you will have the opportunity to see the turns of landing planes. Of course, you will find several grocery stores near the apartments.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Aleksotas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the private, guarded yard right next to the apartment.

The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
All guests must upload their data to the local authorities in accordance with the law of tourism in Lithuania
