Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cmx200cm with walk-in wardrobe, A/C, and a TV. A family bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additionally, there are iron facilities in the hall.
An internal staircase takes you to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to a spacious terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, exit to a terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No4 with queen size bed 160x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area of 1.130 sqm is fully fenced with a parking plot for 4 cars.
