The villas built in a unique location, in the center of the Kassandra Peninsula and next to its famous beaches and the traditional village of Kriopigi, offer an ideal stay for nature lovers and can be used as a base for exploring the rest of Halkidiki.

Each one of the five boutique villas of the complex, 65m2, covering the modern functional and aesthetic needs of the visitor. Minimal design, exploitation of the view, selection of materials, furniture and copies of Greek painters' works, give a careful aesthetic image.
Functional modern residence with a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms (one of these ‘master’ with a second bathroom and shower inside) in the upper floor.
The bedrooms have two double beds or one double and two singles per villa and all linen is eco-friendly (Cocomat brand).

The wider area is covered by a pine forest, reaching the sea, without many buildings and tourists. Thus visitors can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea in a quiet, natural environment. 
The nearest beach is 400 meters away. The area along the sea has the finest, sandy, clean beaches that are awarded the "blue flag" by the European Union.
The village of Kryopigi is about 500-700m away and has all kinds of shops, a lot of super markets, renowned restaurants, bistro, cafe and fish market.
The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 80 km away.
