The Space:

A spacious 3 bedroom villa situated on the front row of the LaVanta development.



Whether you choose to sit by the fantastic private infinity pool (7.32 metres x 3.4 metres) or on your own balcony accessible by the upstairs landing, you can rest assured that you will never get bored of simply sitting and taking in the breathtaking views of the sparkling Mediterranean waters below you.



Arranged over two floors the accommodation is generously apportioned. The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite and fitted wardrobes. The Second bedroom has twin singles also with double fitted wardrobe. The Third bedroom has a double bed with free standing wardrobe. All bedrooms have dressing tables. All with panoramic full sea views.



Master and second bedroom have access to the full length balcony with seating with the third bedroom having a Juliette. All bedrooms have an iron, ironing board and hairdryers.



The front of the property has a large terrace built which houses a full size tennis table for when you don't want to soak up the sun.



The Lounge /diner/a fully fitted kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils) has a large dining table for 8 and a large L shape sofa.



The pool area has another large dining table for 6, five sun loungers, a conversation sofa set and charcoal bbq. if you want to relax even more, why not try the large egg swing chair by the pool or the one hanging alongside the pool.



The balcony, which just begs to be utilized whilst enjoying a refreshing drink or two can be accessed by French doors from either of the two main bedrooms or the corridor.



Downstairs is an open plan kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 8 people, the room also has two sets of French doors leading directly out onto the poolside area. A corridor which also accesses the downstairs showroom, leads you through to the separate lounge area, which has a selection of seating and offers an ideal area for relaxing and on occasion escaping the hot afternoon sunshine, in the cool and comfort of the air conditioning. From the lounge two sets of French doors lead you directly out to your private garden and pool.



The outside area has to be the real attraction with its fantastic infinity pool with views straight out to sea and the islands known locally as Snake and Mouse, it's a real taste of paradise.



The outside table is positioned in the shade and offers a shelter from the sun’s rays, whilst enjoying the delights of Turkish cuisine or simply relaxing with a good book.



All properties on LaVanta are fully air-conditioned.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private garden and outdoor areas. Additionally, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool. You'll also have full access to the communal facilities at LaVanta, including a stunning 25-meter infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols, boasting breathtaking Mediterranean views. The LaVanta Clubhouse, located next to the pool, offers a variety of food and drinks. For children, there's table tennis, and an infant plunge pool. Free on-site parking is available for guests.



The Neighborhood:

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.



LaVanta

Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with views of Kalkan and the Mediterranean along Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, the gated LaVanta complex is a serene retreat. Just a 4-minute drive (or a brisk 20-minute walk) from town, its elevated spot offers refreshing summer breezes. Enjoy a 25m communal infinity pool, a kids’ plunge pool, sun loungers, and parasols. Getting Around:

The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport, approximately a 1-hour and 40-minute drive away. Antalya Airport is also accessible, with a travel time of around 3 hours. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request. Reliable local taxi services are readily available for convenient transportation to and from the property, as well as for trips to nearby attractions. Car hire options are also available, and arrangements can be made through the This Is Kalkan team.
