Accessibility Statement - This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area with undeveloped roads. To access the villa there is a 92cm wide path as well as 21 steps down. The front door has a width of 84cm. The door to the terrace is 132cm wide, the terrace area is flat and paved though there is not much room around the pool. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There are no bedrooms located on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
