The calm & seclusion of this stylish Villa in Kisla is rivalled only by its location being a mere 30 second walk to the beach and the nearby Beach Club.
Featuring a beautiful well stocked garden, a large & private dining area, a spacious terrace with barbecue, a fully equipped professional table tennis table and a large pool with Jacuzzi. Villa Yesil Kelebek has unrivalled sea views of Kalkan and the bay.
The Villa has a large living & dining room on the ground floor, three en-suite bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) & a large well equipped kitchen.

The modern kitchen area is well equipped and includes a range of appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob and extractor, water cooler, ice making machine, dishwashers, washing machine and microwave.

There is also a Nespresso coffee machine complete with a choice of Starbucks coffee pods for those guests who love their coffee. Note, alternative pods can be supplied if available.

In addition, it should be noted for peace of mind for guests with young children that the view from the kitchen looks out onto the pool and patio area.

The property is imaginatively designed, incorporating frontages of curved glass with more traditional features. Mature garden surround the villa and provide a high level of privacy. Additional modesty screens are available to guests who require complete privacy around the pool. There is a terrace, a Pergola and a pool with jacuzzi overlooking the broad sweep of the bay. You enter into the Sitting Room/Kitchen area which is a large open-plan room with a comfortable seating area, a 55inch Smart Samsung TV with built in Netflix, Apple & Amazon Prime apps (to allow guests to use their own accounts) a DVD player, separate dining area with seating for eight people. There is also a small WC.

Bedrooms - Ideal for guests with mobility issues, downstairs there is a double bedroom with beautiful views and an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. Upstairs there is a double master bedroom and a second twin bedroom. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and each has a private balcony with stunning views across the bay.

Curved sliding doors run across the majority of the frontage which afford spectacular views across the bay. These doors open onto the spacious terrace, garden and pool area, which again, look directly out to sea. Outside next to the pool there is a Pergola ideal for escaping the heat of the afternoon sun. It is furnished with comfortable turkish pillows, chairs, and a table. This area is perfect for reading, pre dinner drinks or a quiet snooze. The pool terrace is furnished with six sunloungers which are a premium specification identical to the ones at Zest (Kalkan’s premier Beach Club.

Housekeeping service is introducing our guests to the villa on the first day. Our caretaker/gardener will be happy to help during your whole stay. Very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Beach with crystal clear water less than a minute from the Villa. The beach club offers sun-beds and umbrellas. Several places to have breakfast, lunch or coffee are in walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby. The beautiful village of Kalkan is just across the bay, a boat service is going back and fourth every 30 minuets. Cleaning service is provided once per week during the stay, included in the price.
