1 bedroom apartment located in the charming resort of Club Patara, Kalkan. Its hillside location and surrounding mature gardens allow for plenty of privacy – an ideal setting for a private retreat. Less than a 5 minutes’ walk downhill takes you to the ocean and the wider offerings on the complex. The centre of Kalkan with its picturesque harbour, is just a short boat trip away. What’s more, you are also within walking distance of all that Kalkan can offer including its popular roof top restaurants.

The Space:
The living space and kitchen are open plan and feature doors out to the private terrace. A comfortable sofa is set within a small alcove and next to the open fireplace. The modern fitted kitchen with lots of workspace is set within the opposite corner of the living space.

You’ll find the double bedroom to the right of the lounge. The spacious room has a set of double wardrobes and doors that open onto a covered terrace where you can take in the sea views – ideal for a sundowner. The separate bathroom comes complete with a shower enclosure and WC.

Trees and shrubs surround the property, adding an air of privacy.

Within walking distance is the full array of offerings from the complex including direct sea access and swimming pools.

KALKAN
As a retreat from the rigours of modern life, Kalkan is little short of idyllic!

Nestled around a sheltered natural harbour at the foot of the majestic Taurus Mountains, this unspoilt historic town overlooks a bay of breathtaking beauty.

A thriving Greek fishing village called Kalamaki until the 1920s; Kalkan is now largely devoted to high-end tourism.

Look out for Kalkan's charms in the compact old town including the picturesque harbour, shops, and various eateries including cafés, bars and fine dining restaurants.

The town is well served by banks and supermarkets. There is a large Thursday market in town and a smaller local market in the neighbouring village of Akbel on a Sunday.

The harbour area caters for all, including a small pebble beach, beach clubs (many of which can be reached by a frequent boat shuttle service); water sports clubs; and not forgetting the very popular past-time of a day at sea.

If you wish to venture beyond Kalkan, a visit to Kas (20min drive) would be highly recommended or to Fethiye, which is very popular for shopping.

Getting Around:
You can walk into town or access the small boat service to the harbour or take a short taxi ride into town.

If you wish to venture further, the taxi service can take you to many of the popular tourist attractions. However, should you wish to hire a car, the This Is Kalkan team can make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.
