Kalkan View Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom Villa is located in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan just 5 minutes walking distance to Kalkan town centre and a 10 minute stroll to the Old Town. Views of Kalkan’s beautiful sea and landscape can be enjoyed from the pool terrace, sea-facing balconies and roof terrace giving this property a wonderful atmosphere.

The villa has been tastefully decorated and refurbished in 2020 throughout with a turquoise colour scheme, including complete floor tiling. There is the option for 2 more guests to be accommodated with a sofa that converts to a bed.

Ground Floor

An open-plan kitchen, living room and indoor dining area occupies the ground floor with direct access to the private pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, kettle and toaster and has a dinner table . The living room is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. There is one ensuite room on the ground floor and additional there is an extra WC with shower for common use .

Bedrooms – 4 fully air conditioned rooms

There is one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor and further 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. There are 2 double beds and 2 twin beds, however all beds can be configured as doubles or twins. Each room has a vanity table and ample wardrobe space. There is access to a curved shared balcony on the first floor and roof terrace with enviable panoramic views at the top of the villa. There is a laundry room on 2nd floor with washing machine and it leads to roof terrace.

Outside The Villa

The private pool terrace hosts a rectangular pool with sunbathing area and outdoor dining table. To the rear of the terrace is an outdoor BBQ so you can make the most of al-freso living while soaking in the sun and admiring the views.
