The house was in a lovely rural setting. However, although the bathroom and kitchen were clean there were numerous cobwebs all over the property. The whole house seemed rather tired. The consumables were not available (containers were empty and unwashed). The oven and baking sheets were grubby. The access to the washing line was dangerous until we cleared a path. No washing powder was supplied. The pegs supplied were unusable because they were so dirty. We were disappointed to have little contact from the hosts, there were no check out instructions or handbook for operating equipment within the house. No hand towels were provided. The whole experience was disappointing.
