The "Wind und Wasser" holiday apartment boasts an exclusive location and offers a comfortable holiday retreat for up to four people on a spacious 110 mÂČ of living space. This modern apartment is located on the second floor and offers exceptional sea views, immediate proximity to the beach, and the advantages of high-quality furnishings.
With a total of three rooms â including two separate bedrooms, one with a sea view, and a spacious living room â this property is ideal for both families and couples who value comfort and a stylish ambiance. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area and is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances. These include an induction hob and oven, a Nespresso espresso machine, a classic coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, and an egg cooker, ensuring flexible and convenient self-catering. The separate dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and socialize.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a mirror, a vanity mirror, a toilet, and a hairdryer. A separate guest toilet provides added convenience.
