Upstairs, you'll find the open-plan kitchen and dining area, adjacent to the cozy living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows in this room offer stunning views of Olpenitz harbor.
The balcony provides access to the spacious roof terrace. Both areas are fully furnished and offer pure relaxation in the fresh sea air.
Enjoy a pleasant barbecue evening on the cushioned seating, accompanied by a magnificent 360° view of the Schlei estuary, the Baltic Sea, and the resort's harbor.

The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature twin beds (80x200 cm) pushed together. The sofa bed in the living area provides two additional sleeping spaces.
In the shower room and the Finnish sauna, you can relax perfectly after a long sauna session.
Another advantage: You can step directly into the water from the house's surrounding jetty – pure vacation bliss.
Your four-legged family members are welcome to join you for an additional fee.
If you'd like to arrive by boat, "Surfer's Bay" is the perfect place for you. A mooring berth, as well as access to electricity and water, is located directly next to the houseboat.
A parking space is available at the jetty.
