The stunning semi-detached house "Harbour House" is the last house on the banks of the Schlei fjord and offers all the luxury you could wish for! Following a complete renovation, the house features a central ventilation system in all rooms and offers maximum comfort, especially for allergy sufferers.
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the light-filled, subtly and timelessly designed living and dining area. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, this area offers breathtaking views across the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea. On the other side, you'll enjoy a wonderful view of the harbor.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a leisurely evening of cooking. Another highlight of the house is the Finnish sauna – unwind with a wellness session while enjoying the sea view.
After your sauna, you can relax on one of the three Bangkirai wood terraces, perfect for any time of day and wind direction, and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Schlei fjord and the view of the Baltic Sea.
Our favorite spot in winter is snuggled up in front of the fireplace or in the Finnish sauna with a view of the water. In summer, we recommend a barbecue on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine.
Parking spaces for two vehicles and a lockable bicycle shed are available in front of the property.
Please note that roadworks are currently underway in the front part of the street. We cannot rule out the possibility of noise disturbance. Prices have already been reduced due to this situation, and a subsequent discount is not possible.
