1st vacation at Ko Olina

The property is wonderful with nice pools, lagoon perfect for our grandkids to play at along with snorkeling to see fish & turtles. Grandkids really enjoyed feeding the koi. Nice beachfront bar and nice music in the evenings. Our unit was very well stocked including lots of beach supplies, thanks!

Lovely resort

We loved staying in Ko Olina. Access to beach and resort amenities was fantastic. The unit had beach gear which was convenient. Living room furniture has seen better days. Rug in living room is very old and stained throughout. Balconies are close to other units. We had decent neighbors for the first half of our stay. But the last half was noisy at times. Overall a good vacation spot.

Gorgeous property, and the views from our lanai were breathtaking. Check in was easy, and Tess was friendly and professional. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for my family of 3. We were there for 11 nights, and while the unit was beautiful and what most would consider as luxury accommodation, sadly, we found that it lacked the “luxurious” aspect. The bedding appeared old and worn, and the beach towels were thin and worn. The kitchen had a tiny frying pan. For a unit that sleeps 6, a bigger frying pan would be useful and more practical. We were only provided with one tiny bar of soap in each bathroom, and no body wash. Nothing is worse than accommodations that do not provide the basics that reflect the length of your stay. The overall cleanliness of the unit was fair. The bathrooms and the washing machine (smelled bad) needed a good overall cleaning. In general, for the price and class of the accommodation, this unit could use a few upgrades and a thorough cleaning.

Oahu HI Vacation at Beach Villas Resort

Wonderful resort with great staff! We so enjoyed our time on the windward side of Oahu at Ko Olina. We had a beautiful ocean view and it was so peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Family Vacation / Birthday celebration for our daughter

We love coming to Ko Olina. We have stayed at the Marriott Beach club twice and the Beach Villas at Ko Olina twice, the Beach Villas @ Ko Olina by far has been the best place we have stayed at. The location is prime and the vibe is just more relaxed not like we were at an amusement park. This place is Zen and fun for families at the same time. We definitely are looking at staying in the same unit next year.

Great getaway

My family had a lovely time staying at the beach villas. It is our 2nd time staying in this building and we live the amenities and convenience to the lagoon and nearby restaurants and hotels. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Would stay here again!

A Piece of Paradise

Everything about this property is exceptional. Our 2 bedroom penthouse was spacious, well laid out and stocked with the essentials needed to feel comfortable during your stay. There was a closet with beach chairs, boogie boards a large soft side cooler to enjoy at the lagoons and plenty of beach towels. The view from our lanai was spectacular. There is beautiful scenery of the ocean and the pools on the property. The lanai was a great place to relax in the morning or after a long day of exploring the island. There are plenty of places to watch the sunsets right outside of the property gate off of the walking paths or grass / beach by the lagoons. We loved being away from the busy city and having such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. There are countless things to do while in Oahu. We were all over the island and felt that everything was within reasonable driving distance and that we definitely found the perfect place. It truly is a piece of paradise. We'd also like to say thank you to Greg who was amazing. He reached out before our trip, was knowledgeable of our anticipated arrival and greeted us when he arrived. He took the time to make sure we knew everything there was to know about the property, gave us some recommendations for dining and answered all of our questions. He was always a call or text away for questions and we really appreciated him. We highly recommend staying here.

Nice property, but....

Condo was not as well stocked as we’ve experienced with other VRBO stays. No foil or basic cooking seasonings. 18 wines glasses and only 5 coffee/tea cups. We weren’t planning on having a wine tasting party. No TV listing guide. No guest book. Food & dirty towel left in beach chairs. Master bedroom slider almost impossible to open - notified Maintenance. Arrival walk through very minimal. Condo door locked us out on final day at 0830. Had to get a service key from front desk to allow us to have access to the room for frequent trips to move personal items to the car. Would stay at the Beach Villas again, but would be more aware of what limitations to expect.
