The villa also features premium appliances from Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Bosch, and the 13-foot sliding lanai doors disappear into the wall, extending the indoor-outdoor living space. Centralized air-conditioning is available, but you can also open the lanai doors and enjoy the cool island breezes.

A signed rental agreement is required before check-in and will be emailed to you for review, signature, and return prior to your arrival.



CANCELLATION POLICY

-Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental is successfully rebooked at the same rate.

-Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.

-Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.

-Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions, not from Island Living Homes.
