Situated on a once working pineapple plantation, Kapalua now offers its guests all the amenities and perks of a luxury resort, but without the crowds and long lines. Upon entering this beautiful property, guests will find themselves delivered, ensconced into their own very private retreat. Full renovations were complete in 2021, and these offer up elegant designs with professionally commissioned artwork, all of which are in complete harmony with the breathtaking vistas. This tropical, chic villa is open and spacious, yet warm and intimate. Sweeping views fill nearly every window, delivering the Hawaiian vistas into the villa, a vibrant, living mural on display from almost every room.

The living room features a custom-made sectional sofa with queen sleeper, a coffee table, 65” Smart TV, a Smart music speaker, a console stocked with fun family games, a brand new, quiet, cold-blowing Smart AC, two remote controlled Smart overhead fans, porcelain floors and an additional, cozy seating area with two sitting chairs and foot stools.


The living room flows seamlessly directly outdoors to the large, covered lanai. This beautiful outdoor living space offers some of the most premier views at the Kapalua Resort. Enjoy ample seating, with high-top dining table and seating for four, comfortable chaise lounge, padded bench, and an additional seating area. There can be no better place on Maui to take in the views of the island of Molokai’, and then the landscape continuing all the way up the coast to world renowned surf spot, Honolua Bay! Grab a cup of Kona Coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the West Maui Mountains, or, an evening Mai Tai; then melt away in the luxury of your own private paradise.

Oneloa Bay sits closer in, and directly out from the villa. It is not unusual to find a humpback whale and her calf in this bay during the winter months. This is an extremely rare sighting from most whale watch locations on the island, which is just another highlight that makes this villa such an exceptional destination.



The remodeled kitchen is every chef’s dream! Any gourmand will appreciate the details that went into designing this exquisite kitchen. With granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, touchless kitchen sink faucet, stainless steel appliances and unrivaled ocean views, cooking becomes a true joy! A stove, oven, freezer/refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher with disposal, are all included.


Everything you may need to prepare and serve the finest of meals is right at your finger-tips. A generous array of brand new, top-of-the-line appliances and cooking supplies are at your disposal. Dishes, utensils, serving plates, stemware, small appliances and more, are all included. During your stay, if you find you need a little something extra, please do not hesitate to ask and we will be more than happy to provide it for you.


A cozy breakfast bar is attached to the kitchen and features three comfortable stools, the perfect place for morning pancakes and guava mimosas. Also attached to the kitchen is the gorgeous dry bar which is equipped with a wine refrigerator and all the supplies needed to create that quintessential tropical cocktail.


Adjacent to the kitchen you will find an intimate dining area with ocean views and a beautiful table with seating for six. Open your doors and allow the soft trade winds in as you enjoy a meal in paradise!


The first of the three remodeled bathrooms sits just off the living room and is a great addition affording added space to get ready for the day. This powder room features a shower with custom tile work, as well as a sink with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the hallway, along with a starter supply of detergent.


A downstairs suite is located across from the bathroom. Featuring a king size bed with new, hypoallergenic encased Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress, dresser drawers, a new, quiet cold-blowing Smart air conditioner, remote-controlled Smart overhead fan, a large flat screen TV, and, a private lanai with ocean views and seating for two. Enjoy that first cup of coffee while watching the island come to life each morning, and from the comfort of your intimate, private lanai. With vistas of the dazzling blue Pacific Ocean and island of Molokai’, you will find it difficult to pull yourself out of bed in the morning.


A large, remodeled bathroom connects to the bedroom, and it features twin vanities with granite countertops, new his-and-her vanities with custom cabinets, a full-length mirror and newly refinished oversized soaking tub. Other details include a double-sided lit makeup mirror, new ceramic spa-performance hair dryer and spa robe. After a long day at the beach, there is nothing quite like a bit of a pause, then simply surrender into the embrace of a nice, hot bath.


As you head upstairs you will find the large master bedroom, one which offers up the ultimate luxury island retreat. Some of the most impressive views of the whole villa are found in the master bedroom, with scenes of Molokai’, and then up to Honolua Bay and beyond. Guests will enjoy a large California king size bed with hypoallergenic protection, wrap-around windows, a new Smart 50” flat screen TV, quiet Smart air-conditioner and a remote-controlled Smart overhead fan. A private lanai with seating for two, along with prime ocean views, will combine to simply sweep you away. Enjoy that first cup of coffee while watching the island come to life each morning, and from the comfort of your intimate, private lanai.


The remodeled, luxury master bathroom provides guests with a spa-like experience that encourages relaxation and rejuvenation. From its granite countertops, to new his-and her vanities with custom cabinets, and the large, walk-in rain shower custom tile work and convenience bench, this bathroom is nothing less than a private retreat all on its own. Other details include a double-sided lit makeup mirror, new spa-performance hair dryer and spa robe.


One feature that makes this villa quite unique is that it offers a third bedroom (rarely seen at the resort), one which sleeps two and can come in handy for larger parties.  This bedroom is located across from the master bedroom and includes a trundle bed with two new foam mattresses, a quiet remote-controlled Smart overhead fan, flat screen TV and a closet. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views and open your windows to fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves from Oneloa Bay below. This room was inspired by a Maui Gold vintage pineapple crate to further bring in the Maui charm. *Please note this bedroom does not have AC


This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password-protected high-speed internet, digital cable, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler.


We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus, we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.



Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!



Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.
