Great location and the condo was exactly as advertised including all of the photos. The view from the master bedroom was spectacular! The kitchen was well appointed and the downstairs was roomy. Hearing the waves crashing down at night was special. The ocean walk was literally right out the back of the condo which was a great way to head along the coast. Excellent communication with the management company.Highly recommend this unity.

Kapalua Bay Vacation

We had a great stay in this condo on the Kapalua Bay Coastal Trail! The unit was clean and had tons of space. It was a little hard to find initially from the property signage, but the check in info provided was very helpful and led us straight to the front door. The unit is located right on the Kapalua Coastal Trail so access to the trail and Kapalua Bay was great (as was the people watching). If you like a little more privacy, you may want to pick a unit further from the water, as this unit feels like it is right on the trail. All the windows have blinds for privacy and we enjoyed the view/location too much to be bothered by hikers walking by.

As advertised

No complaints about our stay. The unit was nice, not great, but comfortable and clean. It seemed a bit dated, could probably use some new furniture and appliances. The key attraction is the upstairs bedroom with the panoramic views of the ocean. Being so close to the shoreline was awesome. The downstairs essentially had no view, and there was really no place to sit out in the sun. But overall it was a comfy place to spend our vacation.Found one dead cockroach. No big deal. Glad my wife didn't see it.We may come back one day, but not until you guys elect a president that doesn't treat Canadians like enemies.

Amazing view and excellent stay

This property was great! We really enjoyed the views, and the location was excellent- right near two beaches and lots of trails. We saw so many whales right from the bedroom window! A word of warning, not only are there stairs in the condo but you have to go down stairs from the parking lot. Normally not an issue for us but my husband injured his knee hiking and it made things a little harder. The condo came with many supplies and the beach chairs and cooler were appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again in the future.

great view!

we enjoyed our stay - the unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. the view from upstairs was fantastic. the location was perfect for our needs. close to the trail and an easy walk to snorkel. we were happy that beach towels and chairs were provided. check in/communication was good as was the wifi (we had no cell service, but wifi covered it). we would definitely stay here again.

Take me to paradise!

After weeks of research, my family of four (wife, 2 younger boys) finally settled on this place for our family vacation and it did not disappoint! In fact, the photos don’t do it justice - the ocean was much closer than the pictures portrayed. From the upstairs bed, it feels like you’re on a cruise ship directly on the water. Breathtaking views, to say the least. The villa was clean and appropriately decorated. Obviously, the Kapalua Bay Villas are not a new construction but this unit (and the entire development ) is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient with trail/beach access right next to the unit, and the north part of Maui is my personal favorite area since everything is so green and lush. Would highly recommended - in fact, we’re looking for our next excuse to book this unit again in the near future!

Nice view!

This is a great location if you like to walk the coastal trail and snorkel at the bay. Very quiet and clean. The only issue was the outdoor chaises were rusted and one broke when I went to lie down on it. Hopefully, they change those out. Then my gate code quit working the night before I left and I was coming back after dinner. Luckily someone showed up to go through the gate so I followed them in. Management is definitely responsive if they are in the office at the time you need them. All the girls there were very helpful with my checkin process. Just know the gates are reached in the driveway of the Montage and you’ll find it just fine.

Unit is average at best, great location

Just finished 2 week stay, the unit has some updates but also alot of work, very dirty lower bathroom, roaches under sink, lousy shower head, old rusted outdoor lounge chairs, and the upstairs toilet had flushing problems In terms of the view from bedroom, the pictures are accurate, view is stunning, unfortunately, the coastal trial is literally 25 feet from your window so hundreds of people per day are very close and can easily see in the window starting at 7am and even flashlights in evening, you can close a shade, but kind of defeats purpose, so if your thinking of private quiet mornings waking up to ocean view this is not the unit. On lower level your view of ocean is blocked by a hill of dirt and you right hand neighbors outdoor patios are situated in such a way that if they decide pull out their lounge chairs you have no view at all In summary, for the price your paying to stay strongly suggest selecting another unit further to the right in the complex and potentially selecting a Gold unit where there are standards for furnishings and cleanliness I would not return to unit Epic Realty was very responsive to every emil sent

Birthday getaway

We had a amazing time during our stay. Easy to follow instructions and property management is super easy to communicate with. The views are outstanding!! Only issue is that the bedroom window is eye level with the walking trail and literally hundreds of people walk by both day and middle of the night (3:00am) with flashlights. I would rent another unit that does not have this much traffic in front of the bedroom. No privacy whatsoever. The windows have a light tint but you still can see inside the bedroom from the outside.

We had an amazing stay here in Kapalua. The view from the bedroom is heavenly and so relaxing. We spent majority of our time upstairs with the view vs downstairs. The close location to Oneloa beach and the coastal trail cannot be beat. Loved walking the trail each morning to grab coffee at Honoloa store. The beach is very private and perfect for boogie boarding. We also walked to Kapalua beach for amazing snorkeling. Will definitely be back. Stayed at many places on the island and this has been our favorite. Thank you for a great stay.
